Honestly this company is ridiculous. They have been giving me the run around for months. Have not received a bill and cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Every answer concerning billing is different. It took me to contact my insurance to get a correct answer! When you chose a supplier you are stuck with them 5 years while under the same insurance. I was unaware of this. Save your headache and pick a knowledgeable company. I work for a medical company and this is certainly not how we run things here. Can't wait till i change insurance to drop them! Considering going out of pocket to not deal

My doctor sent my prescription over a week ago and still nothing! I've called twice and keep being told someone will call me.... Do you guys not care about someone's medical needs at all? Who is running this place? I'm not going to beat a dead horse. I'll take my insurance money to someone who wants it...
