I had Eiffel service both my Hondas for over 10 years. They were always good to keep me informed and always provided me a loaner for as long as they had my car even if it was late in the day when they were done, they would let me take the loaner home and pick up my car in the AM. I've always appreciated how he would let me know when their was something urgent and when we could schedule y visit as it could wait. He is also good with other Asian brands but have had no experience with any European brands. They are an authorized installer for tire rack.com and he helped me get an enjoyable ride

Eiffel and his guys are great. I've been going to them for years, and they've always been very honest and do great work. Recently, they went above and beyond, and I was very grateful. I had a flat tire and called to see if they could get me new tires the same day. Not only did they deliver, but they came to my house, changed my flat, took it to their garage, changed all 4 tires, and brought my car back to my house. They always go above and beyond, but this time, and during COVID - they exceeded all of my expectations.

4/9/2019, brought my Honda Pilot in for a front wheel alignment because of new purchased tires from Costco. Costco provides a 15% price reduction on select service centers, like Eiffel's. Made an advanced appointment and was provided a loaner vehicle. Within a short time, I was informed my vehicle front tires was properly aligned and did not need servicing. The local Honda dealership was going to charge for an alignment, which turns out I didn't need. Eiffel's provided a written safety check evaluation. I needed an alignment for my Mercedes Benz GLK350. I received prompt email responses over the winter holidays for a scheduling request. They fit me in for a last minute appointment and offered to give me a loaner car. I declined and waited in their lobby instead. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The job was completed on time. The waiting area was comfortable and clean.

These guys have pretty good pricing and are respectably honest!
Yesterday I called asking if they do appointments (psst...they do!). I dropped off my Honda Civic in the morning to get the spark plugs changed before I went to class. I was offered a loaner car at no extra cost! They shot me a text as soon as the work was done.
Upon pickup, I had a very clear list of charges and recommendations. There was no attempt to up-sell me and they were happy to go over future services I need.
If you own a Japanese car, you're in good hands.

These guys hands down are the best tire installers I've come across. Note: They specialize in Honda, Acura & Lexus, but will do any make for tires. Ordered a set of Continental dws 06 tires for my '13 Sonata before the "weather" settles in & these guys were a recommend installer. Called em' up & set appt date. Dropped car when it came time to install & they didn't run a shuttle back to my place.
However, they did provide me with a loaner vehicle! I don't know of many privately owned shops that offer this, but I was highly impressed. Also

Yelp reviews were perfect. Gave them a call. They asked when did I want to drop it off? I told him I would have to wait for it as it is my only car. They said "we don't do wait work because people get mad".
So, unless you're willing or able to go without your car for a day, I guess they don't want your business.

I am so pleased to have found such a good, honest, efficient and helpful mechanic to take my Lexus RX350 for service! There are not enough stars to describe my experience there. I called late on Thursday, exactly one minute before they closed. They offered to work my car in for maintenance on Friday, even though they were short handed. I fully expected to use uber after dropping my car off, but Eiffel was so kind to offer a loaner, even though I didn't request it. This is the place to go for Japanese car repair. There was no shadiness or nonsense that you sometimes get with independent mechanics. They are fast and accurate in diagnosing and fixing problems. I took my car in to get the A/C fixed and I also thought I had a brake problem, but it was actually a wheel bearing that was making the squeaking noise and they didn't try to replace the brakes anyway. It was the best experience with a mechanic that I have ever had and I will definitely be going back from now on.

What a delightful experience, and trusting. I have never had such a dependable, more reliable, more organized and trustworthy business. No one else will ever get my car, and they do not use after market parts. On top of that, they gave me a very reliable loaner, my car was ready within a few hours. I have brought my car to many mechanics in Atlanta over the last 17 years, in Midtown, Buckhead, East Cobb, Canton and Marietta and Eiffel's Place was BY far the most thorough! My sister's family has been using him for years but I called him up on a whim when I found out I needed a new alternator for my 2002 Honda. Not only was he competitively priced with the other quotes I received, but he also offers a pristinely clean loaner car for the day (when available). I have never experienced the incredible caliber of service demonstrated at Eiffel's Place. The diagnostic information was very detailed, and he helped me to choose the most immediate repairs needed and stay within my budget. When I asked him to call for a cab, I was offered a loaner vehicle at no additional charge. And, they washed, waxed and vacuumed my Lexus. WOW. I'll be back.

I absolutely love this place. My friend recommended this place after I inquired about getting a scheduled maintenance done on my Honda.
