Services
In 1947, Edna and Nate Wasserman bought a small 3 cabin resort on Meta Lake, which has now blossomed into a gorgeous camp facility that is the home to over 250 campers and counselors each and every summer. Our girls live in one of 13 well-appointed cabins complete with electricity and bathrooms with hot and cold running water.
Marimeta's small size helps all campers and staff members to get to know each other better, and on a more personal level. Campers are asked to possess a "can do" positive attitude, with an extra dose of kindness using our Marimeta Morals. Third-generation owners and directors are on site, along with our fourth generation director (over 70 years of experience).

Located on a 'no public access', 200-acre lake is where you will find many of our most popular activities. Under the close supervision of our waterfront director and lifeguards, you will feel confident in trying many of our programs offered. The day is not over yet! We have so many incredible evening activities that follow our busy days at Marimeta!
Our Marimeta MnM's (Marimeta Morals) is a way of living that we want to encourage our entire Marimeta family to embrace. We have carefully created 8 MnM's, which we hope our campers and staff will strive to live by. They incorporate incredible traits, and at camp, we remind our campers daily and weekly about the MnM's.
