On 8/5/21 I came in to order a 9 dollar meal and they charged me 28 dollars on to my card. After doing that she said she could return it but it would take 24 hours to come back to my card and offered me cash, kept giving me the wrong amounts of cash, wrote a receipt with my return amount in the tip category, and was overall very unprofessional and handling it in a very shady way. There is no reason I should have been charged 28 dollars in the first place and the whole situation was handled poorly.

After the way they took my order over the phone, hung up on me in mid-order& very rude, I did not want to like their food. But my hushband and I loved it!! The best egg rolls we've probably ever had. Ginger/Soy sauce for the Dumplings is amazing, but the they could have been crisper for my taste. The flavor of the filling was vey good. Fried Rice(CHX & Beef) had very good flavor, alot of onion.
So despite the first impression over the phone, we will be back. I will just know what to expect when I call in.

I eat here regularly....at least twice a month, sometimes three. It has been my experience that if you are kind they will return the gesture. If you are pushy or rude they will respond in like. That being said- the food is phenomenal. I love Asian food! I have tried many places. But I continue to return here because their food is ALWAYS FRESH, always hot and full of flavor. The main cashier is usually on the phone (as another reviewer mentioned) but I roll with it and because of this, she is always very kind to me. I am kind of a picky eater, so I have a specific/modified order. They messed it

Food is good. Prices are fair. Its prepared quickly. Lady who runs the place isnt so pleasant. Seems annoyed she has to deal with you. She was talking loudly on a personal call while taking my order. Been there more than once same impression each time. Also restaurant could using some clean up and restoration.

While the food was good the service was iffy. The usual lady there was on the phone the entire time we ate. Loudly. I had to verbally get her attention. Food came out on paper plates. Bourbon chicken lunch special and a sweet and sour chicken lunch special, both were pretty good. The crab rangoons were the best! Fresh and hot!
