Services
The question most commonly asked of us is "What are you exactly?" Our single building is a four-plex with four separate studio apartments two ground level, two upper level and each with their own entrance to the outside. There are no indoor common spaces, no adjoining rooms or shared spaces. The only time you will encounter other guests is if you spend time in the fire pit/bbq area.
Very close to perfect when it comes to hotel suites, Studio A is fondly named "Hemingway" for it's seaside breezy feel and decor that promotes creativity, spontaneity, and a bit of mischief! In fact, our long time guest Liz stayed in Studio A one spring to finish writing her book! Situated on the second floor with a sunny bay window and a private balcony overlooking the gardens below.
Light filled space that will transport and capture your heart. Curl up and read a book, let your mind wander from your private balcony as the giant oak tree blows in the breeze. You'll never want to leave but the street below calls you to "come, explore". For peace and quiet that's near-but not in-the middle of things, look no further.

We really loved this hotel! The decor is fun and vibrant. The bed is super comfy and we had at least three different types of pillows from which to choose. The apartment was quiet and private but so close to everything we wanted. We walked to the campus, a fun breakfast spot, a couple of different breweries, and Rare, a must-do for dinner.
We looked at a couple of boutique-ish style hotels in Old Town but they were really expensive, and kind of corporate. We're so glad we found Remington Flats. The rooms are so personal and unique. Plus, we met the owners and they are really nice. They were great

We were delighted to discover this hidden gem located close to the center of Fort Collins. We have stayed in two of the suites and both were well-appointed, sparkling clean, and comfortable. Each suite is uniquely and tastefully decorated. The gardens and outdoor seating are charming. The space is so inviting that I hope to stay here every time I visit Fort Collins whether the stay is an overnight or extended stay.

Remington Flats will definitely be seeing us again. The accommodations, hospitality and ambience were awesome. Loved the wishing well, gardens, fire pit and location. Loved having our coffee on the patio! So much better than a hotel. These folks make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need, even smore fixings!
