2. Call when you arrive as we don't want our lobby to get crowded with people. A receptionist will let you know to come in or someone will come out to get you. 3. We will still be doing drop off appointments for those patients that we don't have appointment slots for but that need to be seen. These appointments go to previous clients first.
4. We have started charging $85 for urgent care visits/drop off appointments. The reason behind this is to cover the extra cost of staff needed. Local emergency rooms have hit capacity lately which has left a lot of pets without a place to go. We are happy to do our best and find room for more patients but that required more staff and doctors often working through lunch.

Jordan brings with her a strong customer service background by managing restaurants and working in tech start ups as well as the Perot Museum in Dallas TX. Her vibrant personality and ability to keep things organized are her strong points. She is often the first smile that you will see when you enter our hospital.
Our baby girl BeeGees was adopted, and her information was inaccurate; we were told she had a full workup and vaccinations, but she really had heartworms. We were very unhappy with our vet, and BeeGees was always terrified to go. When we found Whitestone, we were very impressed with the staff, facility, and very fair fees.
One of the most important things we do here is the annual exam on your pet. If you are new to Whitestone Animal Hospital, then this is a time for us to get to know you and your pet. This relationship is essential, and we hope to build a good relationship with all our patients and clients.

At Whitestone Animal Hospital, dental care is a huge priority and passion. According to the American Veterinary Dental Society, 70% of adult cats and 80% of adult dogs show symptoms of oral disease. Exceptionally bad breath, a brownish plaque at the base of the teeth, excessive drooling, sore or bleeding gums when eating or chewing, and decreased appetite can all be signs that a pet's teeth require attention.

They are amazing. When my dog had bloody stool a few months ago I was panicked and worrying out of my mind, trying to find an emergency vet that could take her that day. Whitestone was patient and able to make room in their busy schedule to check on her and let me know everything was alright. I'll pay whatever it costs to take care of my dogs but was worried about a high cost bill because it was an emergency, at least in my mind. The price was actually incredibly reasonable!

Very caring and knowledgeable. New to having a puppy and they were willing to answer lots of questions when the stool sample found that the puppy had hook work. We did wait a while after our appointment time until we were seen but that also let's me know that they'll take the same extra time with us should we need it.

We love all the doctors and staff at Whitestone Animal Hospital. They have never turned us away with last minute emergency situations. And do everything possible to make sure your pet is always getting the best care. Everyone here is kind, caring and professional. Everything is explained to you and options of treatment are offered when possible. I'm so glad I found them.

They gave me a quote on my little baby dog Paco. They took really good care of him. He had his canine baby teeth removed and he got neutered. It was actually cheaper than their estimate. Plus they trimmed his nails. They're extremely reasonable and even called me the next day to make sure that he was okay. I would never my baby anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about Whitestone Animal Hospital! We just moved to the area, and unfortunately I have had a few emergencies with my senior dog. I tried a vet closer to my house, and had a terrible experience. The only good thing about that, was it led me to these folks! My little Riley has been treated for Bronchitis, and an ear infection in the last month. They took me in on an emergency basis during regular hours, and are always kind, caring and compassionate. I now have met three of the vets and they have all been wonderful. The techs are also kind and compassionate and knowledgeable

After spending almost $700 at an emergency vet and Chula not better after 2 days, I called “our vet” and they were able to fit her in the next morning. Everyone there really cares about your babies and do their best to keep the bill reasonable too.

The staff is amazing!! So much love here for animals. I first made appt for another area vet clinic, but when I heard about this Veterinarian, I made the appt here and she was able to squeeze me in same week. I'm disabled, and my hub a senior, we cannot afford higher prices. She gave me many perks free. Took wonderful care of my baby girl dog,
