Whether you're new to working out, following-through on a New Year's Resolution, are a seasoned veteran looking to make a comeback, Elevation Fitness stands to further your understanding of Movement, and help you achieve your athletic performance and Nutrition goals. Coach Jusilla, will help you physically achieve your goals with Nutrition plan recommendations and 1 on 1 accountability Coaching.

Each unique Session introduces clients to a different series of movements, exercises, and/or skills. We also offer nutrition assessments. We will look at a variety of factors to understand where you are now, and where you want to be in your health and body composition goals. We develop a game plan on how to approach your health goals through proper health-related guidelines, with constant support and weekly check-ins.

My commitment to health began shortly after I gained 25 unhealthy pounds throughout high school and before joining the military. After years of smoking, drinking, clubbing and hitting those "all you can eat buffets", I decided to take charge of my own future and committed to making health and fitness a new way of life.

I truly don'y know where to start. Jusilla was my first trainer for 8 months and raised my standards high. Not only was she there for my physical needs, but she helped me with my mental health as well. Prior to working with her, I only knew the basics and never felt confident to try out strength training on my own. Now I feel comfortable trying new workouts, lifting heavier weights, stepping out of my comfort zone, and overall feeling more confident in my body. She is highly encouraging and wants all her clients to feel good. I sadly moved out of San Diego, otherwise I would continue working with

I am loving Elevation Fitness. I started out with the trial and knew right away I was going to sign up and it is now a major part of my life. I look forward to going to group training because I know I’m always going to get a good workout in and I love being in the encouraging environment. Jusilla is an amazing coach that pushes me to be better everyday in and out of the gym. I have made progress with my weight loss, become more consistent, confident and have learned many new things about lifting.

I have created so many bad habits with eating and not being consistent with my workouts, that I had to reach out to an expert because my ideal plan for workouts and eating heathly wasn't working. I have been following J on Instagram for 2 months and then I decided to give myself a chance. I can honestly say, J has been my personal trainer for 5 months now! I love the fact I can call her to find substitute meals or snacks to help with sweet cravings and she gives me a simple solution. Elevate with J is the place to be! If you think you know everything about fitness let me tell you the you are wrong I been working out for over 15 years and only on one week working out whit this girl I find out the I was wrong is not easy but is not impossible please come and check this girl out she is a professional and very serious person 100% recommended

I can't say enough about Elevation Fitness and Jusilla Ann (Coach J). I'm a Boomer era senior and considered myself to be in decent shape, but had lost a step here and there, have stiffened up over the years and the club gym routine was just not doing it for me.

So my wife and I have been working with Coach J for one year now and it has been very rewarding.

Before we started I had issues with my knees, back, mobility and range of motion. Coach J customized a program to focus on alleviating these issues while working on strength and conditioning.

I have spent a year with Jusilla learning nutrition as well as working out. Jusilla has taught me good habits and how to make smart eating decisions as well as the importance of an exercise routine. In addition to just working out Jusilla has taught me how to properly stretch which has improved my body movements. This has assisted with getting rid of lower back pain, hamstring issues I had in the past and overall flexibility. I have recommended several friends and will continue to send Jusilla referrals!
