The GreenSpeed Training Facility is located in Eastlake (Chula Vista), CA. We provide access to Personal Trainers, Speed Coaches, Sports Performance Specialists, Doctors, Physical Therapists, Nutritionists, Massage, Chiropractic and more. This is your one stop shop to becoming the best version of yourself!

At GreenSpeed we offer private one-on-one training packages that focus 100% on YOUR personal goals. We also offer "small group" training packages where you'll have the opportunity to train with a handful of individuals with similar goals. Typically "small group" training is less than 6 people. We offer special programs focused on youth, age ranges 5-11.

Tom Green built the GreenSpeed Training facility after 33+ years of athletic experience. And now with 16 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Coach, and Sports Performance Specialist Tom is here to help achieve any goal you have. Originally an Iowa farm boy, Tom was raised on hard work and discipline.
Not only have we put together one of the best teams around, but we are proud to always be improving our facility to ensure it motivates and inspires all our clients to become their best self. We keep all equipment and machines clean throughout the day and always try to have the most up to date and effective equipment in the industry!
We offer special programs focused specifically on improving Sports Performance. We will make you stronger, faster, more powerful, more explosive, more flexible, more coordinated, and more confident. In addition, you will learn proper warmups and cool downs to maximize your athletic potential while also reducing the risk of injury in your sport.
Our small group training packages are the perfect opportunity for people to experience the benefits of working with a trainer while lowering the financial entry point. Groups are partnered up with individuals that share similar goals, ages, and experience levels. Our small groups are like joining a family, they're truly an amazing experience!
Our bootcamp workouts vary based on who we're catering to. We include exercises and drills that will safely push you to the limit while having fun in the process! In most cases, we design functional fitness exercises that stimulate movements that we do in everyday life. We offer bootcamps on special request and also during various seasons for special events and holidays.

Transformational! My 3 years under Tom took me to a whole another level in my fitness journey. Prior to finding Tom, I was an average gym Joe. With Tom’s training I was able to break thru, understand and achieve sooo much more with my personal fitness goals. Moving out of state and losing Tom as a coach had me concerned, but I realized not only did he train me but he educated and prepared me to help me keep going. Where else can you get an world class sprinter to train you?!?!?!?

Tom is the best trainer in SD he pushes you past what you think you can do and makes working out fun! I’ve never been excited to be in such pain from workouts but I go back every single day. He cares for each of his clients and always makes them feel like they are his number one priority. His expertise in athletics and training make him the best person to keep you in shape! 🧡🖤
