I did have a computer hard drive crash and could not reboot.
Caesar and his staff were able to replace the hard drive and recover the lost data and retrieve it within a few days. I was lost and distraught and now have back my happy positive attitude. I now have my new IT source I can always count on!

Took my old computer in for a full build on a new case and motherboard. The people there were very professional and got to work on my PC right away. They kept in constant contact with me with the progress on my PC and did an excellent job in a short time!

I suffered a major water spill on my laptop. Even though there was a protective covering, water got into it - and it was not functioning!
I called PCLand in a panic and was told told to bring it in. When I arrived, they took my laptop in immediately and put it in their cue.
I was called within the hour with an update. They were able to boot it up and were running diagnostics - they found viruses that my virus program did detect!!!!
Within three hours I had my laptop back in my office, up and running and I was back in operation for an important presentation.

Pcland and his team are absolutely fantastic. I would give them 10 stars if that were available. On time and personable. Polite and explained what they were doing while they were working on my business laptop. Didn't talk down to me like I have experienced with other pc technicians. Initially I thought it was my hard drive, but they diagnosed it as an infection issue. This is the first time I have used a Pcland and I will definitely use this company again for all family and me. Great Job Pcland!

I took my tower in because it quit displaying to the screen. I told them when I dropped it off that I had removed the hard drive and was using it as a storage drive. I also told them that if the computer was worth fixing that I would get a new hard drive from them. When they called they told me it was a RAM issue, so I asked them to fix it and put in a 1tb ssd for a total charge of $376.
When I got the computer back home it still didn't work. They said it was under warranty to I brought it back to them. Then they said it was the mother board and gave me three options; a used motherboard for another

Over the weekend my laptop stopped working and I called PCLand after hours. I had a very important deadline and was nervous I was going to spend the night trying to figure out what the problem was with my laptop. I called PCland computer and they call me over within the hour. The guys were very nice and professional and were able to remote and fixed the issue I had. I was very happy with the service and their quick response time!

Wow! Bank robbers and drug dealers are in the wrong occupation!
Just have a sprinkling of IT knowledge, call yourself a nerd, open a business (even in your mom's garage---though these chaps have a "shop" not in mom's garage!)....and PRESTO: "Commit highway robbery!"
Called these chaps; need to get old laptop out of "boot loop."....and upgrade said laptop and HP desk tower from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (been told "free" from Microsoft....)
Not only are these gents "not mobile"....but they weren't certain if upgrade is free!

I turned in a laptop with booting issues. After it was looked at, I received a very thorough diagnostic report via email on what issues were present. I was given reasonable options on how they could handle it for me. Extremely knowledgeable and patient to work with. I recommend these guys to anyone. Will return again if needed. Thanks again!
