Michelle was a wonderful partner and consultant in choosing our window treatments. My husband and I bought a new construction home with no window treatments, so we were starting from scratch. We had very little knowledge of our options, but Michelle really listened to our needs and style preferences and designed each room perfectly. She was thoughtful of budget, and I never felt like she was upselling us or pushing us. I absolutely love everything we chose together, and we get compliments all the time! Michelle was great to work with and goes above and beyond. She helped me with an old broken shade before I even bought a thing (saved me from buying a new electric shade).
