From what I have gathered, Shading Solutions Group seems like one of the best family owned business in the Greater Chicagoland area. There are a variety of products and services available. I received an estimate last week about a pergola I was thinking of installing for my backyard. Reasonable pricing and fast response from the owner. I am pretty confident in my choice to go ahead and choose them to do this new addition for my home!

Don't waste your time.
Sales guy showed up 45 minutes late.
Didn't bring any samples to look at, just pictures.
Couldn't answer any of my questions without calling Joe.
Bashed every other company that I had out for estimates. They don't do any of the permits applications, so I wouldn't think they are licensed in our village.
He called me next morning to verify pricing, he couldn't remember what price he quoted.
It seemed fishy from the beginning..
