Services
As a clinician, one of my passions is to encourage the strengthening of healthy relationships. This could be healthy relationship with oneself, your loved ones, others in your community or even your finances. Sometimes the stressors of life can interfere with us experiencing life on our own terms.
If you are suffering from low mood, worry, anxiety, a sense of loss of control, a lack of boundaries with others, or marital/family problems talking with someone can make a difference. Change comes from the inside out, but we need skills and tools to encourage change. Our providers can help you with these skills so you may begin learning different ways to think about these issues, choices and how you affect your own outcome.

I was a little apprehensive for my first visit to Alyeska Counseling Group because of the stigma of therapy. I was greeted by a nice young lady (I think her name was Asia), and my interaction with her helped my uneasiness. On top of that, I had a wonderful session. Looking forward to my next visit.

Asia who works there loves to interrupt and blame clients for "coming at her" when asking questions and trying to find out if there is availability. She is emotionally unstable and blames clients trying to get information for her temper tantrums. She says she is the administrative assistant and that she is also the supervisor for herself, making it impossible to get a hold of someone to complain about her.
