Love working with Jason. I've hired him several times to photograph homes that I've listed to sell or rent. His work is outstanding. Ordering, paying and scheduling is straightforward and easy. He's very responsive, the photographic quality he delivers is stunning, his turnaround times are very fast; next day/24 hours! Could not be happier with the results of his work and service delivery - impeccable. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and he will for you too. Five stars easily! Pricing is always ambiguous and never clearly communicated. Click on “pricing” on their website, nothing displays. We simply needed some photos for a listing to sell our home. We were then asked to add video. We were billed $1,400.00, which was reduced to $1,300.00 because they didn’t deliver when promised and then we were sued for $1,400.00. We had their work redone. Pricing was never clear and we didn’t know who was showing up or who we were dealing with. A complete unprofessional experience! The best way to avoid being overcharged and a law suit is to avoid Helicopter Media!

Jason did a great job on several of my listings. He is great to work with, turn around time was fantastic and the results were awesome. The quality of the photos and the virtual tour definitely helps generate interest in new listings! Great for visually communicating special features, ceiling heights, etc.

I had some work done and Jason was both very responsive to what I needed to accomplish and interested in making it even better than I was describing to him. Jason not only did a great job on my website, he also earned a purple heart by patiently putting up with me during the startup process. I've been accused of being a perfectionist (of course I don't see it) and Jason made countless big and little changes for me as we went along.
