Dave has been working on classic and muscle cars for over 30 years both personally and professionally. He is very detail oriented and takes pride in his work. His passion for older vehicles started as a teenager and has never changed.
From new brakes, to new springs and shocks, to more involved repairs like a new Radiator for the best classic car repair. We can even change out that old oil. Improve horsepower and torque. Add Performance upgrades such as a Cold Air Intake, Super Charger or Turbo, swap out the Camshaft, and more. Adjustment of the carburetor idle speed and the air-fuel mixture.
I took my pride and joy 1957 Bel Air to Dave and Shannon for some carb work as well as some safety upgrades to get. I work with Dave and Shannon on a monthly basis and they are always on top of things, whether it be with their website. This customer had issues with the gas pedal sticking. Upon further inspection, the vehicle was found to have a Power Steering leak, Header Gasket leak, and a faulty Alternator wire.
Pure Driven garage is an excellent place for restoration of classic cars. Dave is an excellent mechanic. He is very reasonable and he take pride in his work. I highly recommend this company if you have a classic car and are looking for a very reliable company. Dave knows cars, and was very helpful with my 92 camaro.

I took my pride and joy 1957 Bel Air to Dave and Shannon for some carb work as well as some safety upgrades to get ready for the season.
Not only was Dave very well equipped, and knowledgable, he invited me out on a Sunday to get started on it right away.
He took my laundry list of wants and wishes and worked within my budget to get almost all of it done UNDER my indicated budget.
He also updated me in the progress via daily phone calls and accomplished the work, to include impromptu fabrication, ahead of schedule and under budget.
He is a very competent, detail oriented, and experienced technician

I brought a 58 Chevy to Pure Driven. Multiple mechanics had attempted to get this vehicle running correctly. These were reputable, competent mechanics, with long established shops, and were highly recommended. They failed. Dave, at Pure Driven did not. He not only resolved their mystery glitches, he added power steering and overdrive systems to the car. I got the car back purring like a kitten. Bottom line: Pure Driven delivers excellent results.

So, as someone that is not a grease monkey, but likes to drive almost anything with wheels, Dave and Pure Driven was a refuge from one of my purchases. I brought a seemingly well put together 72’ C10 for an honest evaluation. My goal, jump into it, drive it and not worry about it. After an extensive evaluation by Dave, we (well, he) came up with a plan. Now, I will admit, after a couple extra dollars and some extra time I have a vehicle that I am pleased to jump in. I am planning on enjoying this vehicle for sometime and I am not hesitant to call Dave if anything should arise. Thank you Dave

Before meeting Dave, I made an internet purchase that turned out to be a bad deal. The car needed just about everything and Dave has helped me get the car to the condition that I have ultimately hoped for. His capabilities seem endless as there is nothing that I have asked that he has not been able to accomplish. He has done everything from re-wire the entire car, replace the engine, put in all new suspension, new brake system, rebuilt dash instrument cluster, helped with interior (carpet, door panels), etc. EVERYTHING on this car except for paint is new and Dave has done it all.
