We have used VLN several times now for a variety of plumbing issues. We gave Vladimir a five star review after his first visit and he continues to deserve a five star rating. On this occasion we contacted him on a Saturday to schedule a visit for the following week to trouble shoot our hot water system. Vladimir came by the same day to look at the issue and he stayed to carry out the repair. We had a leak in our shower and issue with our toilet. Vladimir was extremely responsive. When he arrived, he was nice and very efficient. Just a quick look and knew automatically what needed to be fix. Took Covid precaution on wearing a mask when in the home. By the end he explained what was wrong and showed us that everything was working fine again. We will definitely reach out to him again if anything were to happen. Highly recommend!

We just called VLN Water Heaters this morning about a plumbing issue, and Vladmir arrived promptly and addressed our issue. As his work was done so quickly, we asked if he would take a look at our pressure regulator, as we had another plumber recently "test" and who informed us that we needed a new regulator, as our PSI was too high. Vladmir dashed to his truck to grab a test gauge, and informed us that our water pressure was just fine, and that no new regulator would need to be installed. Vladimir came out and helped me replaced my water heater. He was available, came on time, and promptly did my install. He was also sensitive to COVID situation and wore a mask. After I decided for him to do the job the next morning, he came in the same afternoon & replaced my heater very professionally & competently. Given the current situation of social distancing and quarantine, Vladimir was easy to work with. Came by within 30 minutes of reaching out on a Sunday night, had on a mask and gloves, let me know what to do/who to call since my water heater was still within warranty.
As soon as I got my warranty information, he picked up my broken water heater and exchanged it for the new one and was back within 45 minutes. Install was quick and easy, and 30 minutes after he left I had hot water again.
Recommend Vladimir if you need work done quickly in an emergency.

The owner responded quick and his quote was cheaper than most. We had a leaking shower faucet caused by a bad cartridge ($32 part). I tried to replace the part myself but that part was seized from years of hard water exposure.
Unfortunately he could not removed the seized water faucet holding the cartridge in. He said he would have to cut into the shower and he could get an entire kit to replace everything so it's like new. Quote went from $100 to $480 which seemed fair.
