For a new installation, Aqua Pro Sprinkler Systems will send out a representative to your property, to meet with you and go over your watering needs, and show you how we can help.
Spring Startup Service consists of starting up and checking complete sprinkler system operation. Here is a list of items our technicians perform at spring start-up:. Turn on controller, check battery and insure that all mechanisms are functioning properly. Verify programming of SMART controller Check rainsensor or weather station for proper operation.
To survive the wicked chill of winter, your sprinkler system needs to be professionally "winterized" - winterization is the only way to ensure that your valuable investment will be ready to perform next spring without any costly need for repairs. If winterization is not properly performed you will be at risk of severe damage to your sprinkler system; remaining water can freeze, expand and crack pipes, valves and heads.

I called Aqua Pro for an estimate to install irrigation at my home a few years ago. They came out, did the estimate and explained the process, choices, and the prices of the install. It was very competitively priced and I agreed to proceed with the install. The staff were excellent throughout the process, and at the end they set up the controller and watering schedule and walked me through how to use it.
What a difference it made for my lawn! Previously watering just wasn’t feasible for us with our busy schedule (moving sprinkler all over the yard multiple times a week) and this changed everything

I have been a customer for over 15 years with their preferred customer service plan. I like the fact that the system tuneup and shutdown is taken care by them year after year through the auto scheduling. This year, there was repair to the existing zone due to construction and the need to add a new zone. Aqua Pro team did a professional job in adding new zone while addressing my need and concerns. Appreciate their work and would certainly refer to any of my friends.

Horrible customer service. Used them to blow out sprinklers so nothing froze. Come spring a pipe had burst and they gave me 3 different excuses as to why it's my fault and not theirs even though THATS why I paid them. This is a brand new house and brand new system.Tech was very unprofessional and rude. $275 later I'll make sure nobody I know uses them. BE AWARE

I have used Aqua Pro to install a new irrigation system in our new construction home in August 2016, and have been very pleased with their products and service. We've also purchased their annual maintenance plan - which includes Spring start up and Fall clean-out/shut down, as well as a review/analysis of the system to ensure it is working properly and most efficiently as possible. We rarely hire anything out - we are the DIY type people - but this service is worth it. They've ensured our rain sensors are working, the system is set with the optimal schedule, etc. I've worked with a few individuals
