While working there, they gained invaluable experience and in 2007 took those skills and opened their own business, AnDek Staffing Services, Inc. Mindy has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. She started her career in staffing in 1988 with a regional staffing company as a Recruiter and continued to expand her role into various areas of leadership. After 20 years with handling all aspects of sales and service as an Area Manager she transitioned to AnDek when launched in 2007.
I've reached out to Karen and Mindy while employed with several different employers over the past 20 years. Whether I've needed customer service representatives, human resource staff, office clerks, or receptionists, they've always come through. I can trust them and their staff to deliver top notch, qualified candidates each and every time.
As an HR Manager with a growing aerospace company, I have a consistent need for qualified CNC machinists as well as periodic needs for other positions. As these openings come up, my first call is to AnDek. Their team understands our company culture, the skills needed for our positions and they consistently provide qualified candidates.
I was looking for a position as a Human Resources Manager on my own, but one day received a call from Judy at AnDek. Judy had the right opportunity available for me with a growing manufacturing company not far from home. The process of getting this job through AnDek was seamless and professional. I now work with Judy and AnDek when I need to hire employee's.

Great agency. Robert is very succinct, organized, professional and cohesive with his approach to helping you succeed. I've never worked with someone so in tune with their objective. A lot of flexibility was provided and this establishes a sold groundwork to start my new assignment. Feels great having these services available because they help you succeed! These people aren't even important at all they do is discriminate against the people with experience and professionalism. *Attention All employees and employers I don't not recommend this agency use when all they do is discriminate against the people with experience and leave people on hold extended period of time beyond 10 mins. Also they discriminate against with disabilities and I would not recommend this temp agency because my awful attitude &unprofessional attitude from them.

The smoothest time I have worked with an agency. I have worked with an agency once before, and I had a rough experience with it, so I was not originally considering an opportunity with an agency since the one I previously had experienced was pretty rough. I am so impress with Andek Staffing Services! Kori was my recruiter and she was very quick on helping both me and their client to fill in the position that they were needing. AnDek is awesome! They really try their best to find you a good position that's right for you. The application process was easy and straight forward. I've went to the office to register. I was looking for a specific job and they couldn't seem to help me that first time I went in, they didn't give me any selections of available jobs. Second time I went in to get help finding a job, one of the employees tried to give me a job I wasn't interested in even though I told him what I was looking for and my experience, also didn't even look to see on the computer, cause otherwise I could have done all of this at home on my own computer...... I wasted my time going in person. Now I can't even apply to any available jobs on the Andek website to look myself

Love the agency, I've worked with a few but the folks at AnDek really push to get you placed, they call and actually follow through with you about positions that fit what you're looking for. No wasted time, went in there and didn't have to sit and fill out the same information others agencies ask you to, then just be ignored. They submitted me first, got me an interview , then after a little paper work for your start date and pay but that's all.
