Jeff Skinner, founder of Black Level AV, LLC is a United States Marine Corps Veteran from Mesquite, Texas. After serving in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Marine Corps Communications Specialist, he decided to move back home to be closer to family. After exiting the Marine Corps he was introduced the Automation & Integration Industry and has been apart of this industry since 2003.

What I liked about Jeff right from the get go is that he politely listened to me explain what I was looking for in my vision for what the solution could be before taking the time to prepare a proposal to explain to me the components needed to achieve that vision.When he came to the office to check out the space in person we realized that the screen would be much more appropriate then a projector and he revised his scope of work.
