Yoga is a practice designed to align optimal health and balance; integrating or joining the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements of life.
The aim of yoga is to find stillness - not the absence of motion - the absence of conflict with the internal chatter of the mind. For starters, it's not about doing exercise in a hot room. Although there are many benefits to the temperature, that is just one element of the environment. When combined with our systematic therapeutic sequence of postures the heat creates new space and opportunities.

Be true to who you are! It's one thing to move through the postures, the Asana, but a mindful yoga practice is more than that. It's about letting go of the ego, mental chatter, the monkey mind, and drop in to the present moment. The systematic and therapeutic sequencing of the postures is designed to help you reach a state of mind that is peaceful and relaxing.

Our yoga teacher training programs brings a modern approach to the ancient practices of yoga. We introduce students to postures, meditation, and breathing elements of a yoga practice on our yoga mats; along with the lifestyle, leadership & entrepreneurial practices critical to our practice beyond the mat.

Sol hot yoga studio will change your body mind and spirit. Sol is warm, inviting, clean and the staff is always professional. Prior to visiting Sol my experience with hot yoga was associated with harsh lights, blaring heat and the smell of a sweaty gym. At Sol the practice is comfortably hot, the smell is light and clean and the practice is challenging with classes for both beginners and advanced Yogis. If you want to find the perfect place to practice, or to even try yoga for the first time, Sol is the place for you

I am very new to yoga, Sol is only my second yoga studio and I ended up coming here about a month into my yoga journey. Instantly welcomed with kindness and good energy. I felt to welcomed from the moment I walked in the studio to when I walk out the door. I mostly attend the evening classes with Matt and he is wonderful. Very soft spoken and gentle spirited. His wife Sky is wonderful as well! The studio is always super clean. I have been attending Matt & Sky's studio for about 2 months now and I have the unlimited classes membership. I came here hoping to find a way to treat my chronic body pain

My favorite yoga studio - hands down ! The owners are caring instructors that want to share the transformative practice of yoga with any and all that come through the doors. Move from thinking to feeling and focus on your breath, as you move from one position to the next. Hot enough, but not too hot for a good sweat.

I love this place! The classes are relaxing, but you still leave feeling like you got a workout. I was a former athlete and had lots of aches and pains and Sol hot yoga as helped me alleviate them. I always leave feeling refreshed. The studio is very clean and the owners Matt and Sky are very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Sola Hot Yoga studio!

Sky and Matt are absolutely incredible and the studio is so calming and welcoming. This was my first time trying hot yoga and I have completely fallen in love with it! Sky explains every move and also offers modifications that challenge you (if you choose to try them!). As someone very new to yoga it has been incredibly helpful to have Sky and Matt explain the moves and even at times adjust my stances! I would 100% recommend this studio!
