I came two weeks ago just to look around and Roger never pressured me into getting in a car. Since he made me feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing a car I came back today and purchased what I felt comfortable with. Roger gave me space and opportunity to explore and I really appreciate a salesman that does so. I am very satisfied with the service from the whole team.

Where do I began......From beginning to end my experience has been EXCEPTIONAL! I have been in communication with Dylan for the last 2 months on finding the best vehicle for me. With a toddler and new born in hand she set out to buy a cash car.. came by this dealership and after two hours in the Texas sun and two kids screaming the salesman acted and told her she qualified for a car he lied and told her her notes would be a cheap amount showed her on their computer, when it came time to sign the papers he said the power went out finally he printed she signed and didn't read a thing she

This company just ripped me off during a PANDEMIC! Do not waste your time or hard earned money! How can someone be in breach of contract but you tell them the contract never started? These people are predators on good honest people. If the contract never started it is impossible to be in breach! Save your money. Please, I beg you, do not buy a vehicle from Credit and Cars Master. You deserve better!

I bought a vehicle in March 2020. I had to pay out of pocket for repairs in April even though I bought an extra warranty they were closed because of covid and they wouldn't fix it. Now we're in May and I've been vehicle less since Sunday, they won't give me a loaner car. And now they're not even answering my calls. They're not treating me or my vehicle as a priority.

REVIEW UPDATE... sure wish I would've checked their reviews B4 we did business with them, turns out to be expert con-artist... we took our car back 2 weeks after signing a contract to have a few minor flaws and 1 major flaw fixed.... boy, talk about an experience with Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde!!! such nice and helpful individuals while trying to seal the deal, total opposite afterwards!!! can't speak for everyone else in the world or every employee on the premises but 1 bad apple spoiled the whole bunch for us!!!!

I bought my 2014 Buick enclave from Cars and Credit Master through their financing options and I am very happy to arrangements they provided. I have three kids and my wife constantly go to shopping. Buick enclave is the best family vehicle I could have. She is very happy. I did not think this vehicle can top Honda Odyssey but it did. Thanks for the CCM salesman to help me to choose this vehicle.

The salespeople are really really nice. But, I went in and they want you to put a large down payment down, for me it was $2,500 and then they want $480 a month for five years on a car that they are asking $8,000 more than Black Book value. I was stupid enough to do it. So after having the car for a couple of months it needed 4 brakes and 4 rotors done and I was told that it was almost $500, and I said okay, because they agreed to add the amount to my car payment. The verbal agreement was that I would pay $54 a month for 7 months split into two payments, which is $27 every
