It's been ~4 months living at a Lido Apartment. At first, I had a good impression of Lido, but a recent incident has prompted me to write this honest review.
Our mailbox was broken into seven weeks ago, and Lido has done nothing to address this issue. The post office is threatening to return all of our mail back if the mailbox doesn't get fixed this week (and I am waiting on very important mail), but it is extremely difficult to get in contact with Lido.
EDIT: The Lido manager called me and explained that they are working on this issue, which I appreciate. I will be revisiting this review once

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
We’ve been living in a Lido managed apartment for 10 years and they’ve always been very responsive to correct whatever problem that occurs expeditiously. I highly recommend Lido management. Their staff are very professional, courteous and responsible.
