It is estimated that approximately 1 out of 6 Americans, some 50 million people, experience the wrath of chronic pain (3 months or more of pain) during the course of a year. Using a variety of diagnostic and state-of-the-art treatment methods we help patients achieve their goals. We find the source of your pain first, then focus on evidence-based treatment options to relieve it.
Take the first step to pain-free living. Ask your doctor about a referral to Texas Pain and Spine Physicians or call yourself at 512-388-1190 for an appointment. The American Academy of Pain Medicine reports that chronic pain affects more Americans than heart disease, diabetes and cancer combined. Your staff is always so kind and understanding and that is so appreciated! I do not have enough kind words for dr. Khan as I think he is amazing and sweet and so very understanding and he helps me in any way that he can. I love this place I will bow I don't love the pain but he does what he can to keep it at a low level and that's why I go there. Thank you so much for being there for me!

I went to two other pain mgmt docs that blew me off and told me they would not treat me. Dr. Khan and his staff are AMAZING and really listen to their patients. Everyone is taken seriously and it really feels like your friends work there rather than people you don’t know. Hopefully I don’t need pain mgmt much longer but as long as Dr Khan and his staff are around, I know I have nothing to worry about as far as getting proper treatment.

Dr.Khan and his staff are the best! Chrissy went more than the extra mile to help me on getting my referral done before my appointment the NEXT day. I know, I was that patient but I was in so much pain (I was just glad the staff worked with me)Chrissy looked into what had to be done and said she will call me back “promised”AND she did!!!! I was shocked because you know you ALWAYS hear ‘’I’ll get back to you’’…but nothing. I would so recommend Dr. Khan and his staff to everyone.

I will not work with Dr Khan anymore. I was a patient of his for several years. My pain became gradually worse until it was unbearable.
I had surgery planned in two weeks when I became 95% bed bound with constant excruciating pain.
Only got up for restroom and I could hardly manage that. I was writhing 24/7 and my blood pressure was in stroke zone for two weeks. I couldn't physically go to ER and I'm averse to it anyway during Covid.
He had me on 10mg hydrocodone twice a day and Tylenol, both of which are a useless and a joke at this level of pain. I was also on a nerve blocker that would help
