I was recommended by my doctor to go see Dr. Chin for severe pain. My doctor sent over my info to Dr. Chin’s office. I heard from Dr. Chin’s office the same day. So when I stepped into the office I was immediately greeted by Kia, Dr. Chin’s receptionist (I hope I spelled her name right). She is absolutely wonderful &so sweet. She made my feel so welcomed. Dr. Chin came out and called my back. He, also, made me feel so welcome. He listened to me and understood the severity of my pain. He examined the area of pain and diagnosed me. We talked a while and came up with a plan. I hope you choose

Dr. Chin and his staff are the best! As an expert in pain management, he is both thorough and carrying! He goes out of his way to fully understand what is causing the pain, so he seeks to know the root cause, instead of just providing temporary relief by means of a pain medication just to mask the pain, without finding the reason and potential cure for what is causing the pain in the first place!

Dr. Chin isn't your ordinary doctor. He really listens to you. He explicitly told me I know my body better than anyone. That is a huge green flowing flag for me to trust who I'm with. Not only is he empathic, he is very smart and talks to you in terms you can understand. For example, he was pointing out a chart and my brain wasn't quite getting it and instead of me

I've never in my life been to a doctor who truly took his time to listen and I mean really listen to me. Doctor Chin asked question to really understand what was going on with me and to be able to determine how he was going to be able to help. He will give you his undivided attention and will not make you feel like he is rushing you to go see another patient. I had a wonderful experience form the day I scheduled my appointment to the day I went for my appointment and even after my appointment. He has a really cool patient portal where you are able to see everything that was discussed in the appointment
