When you want to make a statement choose the Hummer limo for your special occasion. My husband contracted this limo service for my daughter's 30th Birthday celebration. They requested an itinerary, for whatever reason, but we know it wasn't given to the driver. From the start we were skeptical when the limo showed up and the driver was cleaning it in front of our house. The cooler had no ice, just a few small water bottles thrown in the cooler,...so WE filled it up w/our ice before departure. The driver, Jay, seemed nice at first; however, he did not know how to maneuver the H2 Hummer, around comfortably on the streets. 20 minutes into our drive he exits, saying the vehicle is

The way that the company quotes is not clear. I sent them an itinerary for my trip and they did not quote per the itinerary but just gave me the minimum that the trip would cover. After I sent them the hours that we would need to be vehicle they did not adjust the quote ,and I found this to be misleading. When I called after they said they had just sent a quote for the minimum and it was not per my itinerary. As a consumer I want to know all cost up front per my itinerary and not to be charged after.
