Once we receive your item(s), we will email you a repair assessment and a final quote. When you provide your credit card information, we will begin the repairs. If you decide not to move forward with the repairs, we will return your items for a shipping fee. For International addresses, we recommend that you mail your items along with a pre-paid return shipping label.
Services
On stilettos, this can also be referred to as a "lift". On boots and loafers, there is generally a flat, larger surface area that can be made of rubber or a combination of leather and rubber, to comprise the heel. When a heel base detaches from the upper, it can be reattached most of the time. If it cracks, then a new replacement heel base is needed.
We can custom make leather handles and straps to match most original designs using the best leather match available. If you'd prefer your new custom strap to be longer or shorter, we can accommodate your request. If your bag does not already have a crossbody strap, we can add tabs with rings to attach a custom-made strap.
Along the perimeter of the body of the belt, the edges can separate and/or crack over time. We can add stitching to prevent further separation and then reseal the edges to protect the leather for a finished look. The part of the belt that houses the tongue, which keeps the belt closed and can also secure the end of the belt.
Snaps, toggles, buttons, and buckles are just a few of the many hardware components that we can repair or replace on your leather garment. We can repair and seal rips on and off the seams on leather jackets, dresses, skirts, pants, and other leather garments. Used to adjust or cinch the bottom or middle of a jacket, hardware or loops can break on these belts.

I have been using Rago Brothers for many years while working in Morristown NJ. I relocated to FL and was literally upset that I could not find anyone to repair my damaged shoes w same quality. Great timing and very responsive, but not happy with the results. I mailed in a very expensive vintage Chanel purse, since I had lost one of the hooks that attached the chain strap to the inside of the bag. I was not expecting an exact replacement since Chanel didn’t even have one. However, when I asked them how similar the replacement hooks were, they claimed to be “very confident”. The hooks are not similar whatsoever (the replacement hooks they gave are in the second picture) and they did not send me back the one original hook that I sent that bag in with (first picture). I am so happy to have used Rago Brothers for my leather purse repair. The designer purse was approx 5+ years old worn down to the seams. They were able to exquisitely color match and repair everything. The bag looks brand new. Turn around time was appropriate and communication was great. 1st off... DO NOT get the "thin red protective sole"!!! They will completely ruin the look of them!! Im currently sending them back to be removed, since I had NO idea this is what the outcome would be.
Now for the positive stuff.. I destroyed my poor heels at a wedding, dancing on a wood planked dance floor. :(
This company was very fast to respond, great pricing , and amazing customer service.
I'm happy with the repair. But regret agreeing to the red protective bottoms. I wrote the company in tears. They offered to remove them and restore the original bottoms.
I'm sending them back next week

My sweet Ratchi decided she was bored and loved the buttery leather of my Gucci slide. She slightly gnawed the corner and I was horrified. I googled every place I can and came across Rago Brothers. I emailed them a picture, they responded with a quote the same day, I completed an online form and sent my shoe via USPS. They sent me an updated quote once receiving the shoe which was 25% higher than what they originally quoted me, but understandable since you can’t fully see the damage from a picture. It took about a week to repair and they sent it back to me. They did a great job with the repair

Just a beware if your bag has lots small parts Don't fix here! they might took it ,or stole it or broke it ,and of course they say they didint.and made you send the bag back again to let them fix
I have being their customer for many years they were great until recently I had my Hermes Her bag fix here, fist time I tried to fix the screw and then when they return ,they broke my leather keychain .then they didn't touch any of it
I was like fine .so I send it back to fix again
Come back with missing Hermes original Screw
And then they said they didn't took it again ?
But I swear send a entire
