These guys are great. Ryan is awesome always checking in on the service provided. They have a car shuttle service that’s timely and free.
They do not try to upsell you on anything and they give it to you straight. They also provide a detailed report on all of the diagnostic tests they are run. Highly recommend JW Auto . 10/10

Wow. I have never experienced the level of customer service this place offers. Auto Repair shops make me very uncomfortable, but they did a great job of walking me through the process in a simple way and easing my nerves. The communication was amazing. Shortly after I dropped my car off, they sent me a link that contained diagnostics with pictures of the parts that needed to be repaired/replaced. The service was fast, they dropped me off at work in the morning and by the time they picked me up at the end of the day, the car was done! Ryan, Dave and Johnny get a thumbs up from me. Such a great experience here! Everyone is so friendly, the prices are affordable, they're easy and flexible with making or rescheduling appointments, the service gets done in a timely manner and as a first time customer, when I went in for an oil change, they left a flower in my car with a thank you note when I came to pick it up. It was a small gesture, but really made my day.

I just acquired my 2005 Toyota Sequoia and needed someone with the expertise to go bumper-to-bumper to insure my vehicle was safe and up to date with all required services. The J.W. I am so happy I went to JW Auto! I had a catalytic converter issue and needed assistance immediately. Because I went through insurance they had to wait a few days before starting work and they held my car there at no extra cost! Once the insurance was approved my car was done by the end of the day, it was vacuumed, and I was even picked up from my work and brought to the shop! I was so grateful for the kindness of Johnny and Scott and the rest of the team! I was even handed a beautiful carnation. I will definitely be coming back to get services done, best work and customer service! Thank you!

I’m so thankful to have found JW Auto after recently moving to the area. They were kind enough to make calls to myself and my father who lives out of state, to give us updates on my vehicle and the repairs that were needed. Ryan even emailed both of us a very detailed diagnostic report, which included pictures. That gave my father much needed peace of mind to know that they were not trying to make unnecessary repairs.

I've been using JW since I moved to Arizona a few years ago and have an amazing experience EVERY time! They are beyond helpful and welcoming and always remember me when I show up each time. They're prices are amazing and they are honest about the work that is necessary. They even leave a flower on my dashboard as a thank you for choosing them each time, it's such a nice touch! Johnny was at JW Auto was recommended by the auto sales department of AAA a couple years ago. I have taken several vehicles there, even though they are over 45 minutes away from me, for service and I have found that I can trust them fully. They do great repairs and give me no BS. I feel indebted to AAA for helping me find them.

This place is AWESOME. They are super thorough and are very open when they find stuff amiss. They photo / video document everything! Even when it's a factory recall they go the extra mile to protect you by taking before and after photos of what the dealer did (or didn't do..) They have a very high level of credibility and are simply my source of truth when it comes to vehicle service and maintenance. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Use them; you won't be disappointed.

Is it weird I almost look forward to having to take my car in here?? Cause I do! Everyone is friendly, respectful, honest, though I usually talk to Scott. Even if you only need something small. Last year I finally needed something bigger, but they gave a decent deal, and even drove me home and back.
I was referred to them years ago by a good friend, and they’ve never done my family wrong. Both my friend and I are females, and even when we were younger, it never felt like we were ever being talked down to. That says it all to me.

This place was a breeze! I dropped my car off and got a ride back to work while it was being serviced and got picked up later. I only went in for an oil change but they did a full service check AND took my car to get washed!!! I also was surprised with mints and a thank you note on my dash! JW Auto is the only mechanic/ shop I will ever use. They are honest, kind, respectful, have fair pricing, and deliver phenomenal service every time.
Their service to drive you home/to work when you drop off your car is UNBEATABLE! It takes so much hassle out of trying to schedule service around work/school/ etc.
As a woman, I have always dreaded taking my car in to get fixed or maintained. I feel that at many places, staff will flirt with me or try to upsell me on things I don't really need- and this is the first place that has removed that anxiety. The guys at JW have always been kind
