This tile showplace is fantastic! I wish I found them sooner. We did a kitchen remodel again and they have so many options to choose from tile(s) (floor and walls), all different materials, porcelain, etc. Maggie is AMAZING ! From the day I walked in she was extremely honest and helpful and has that interior design feedback that we always need to get for another opinion. Just all around a fantastic place, wonderful options and great people. I will, no doubt, be working with them and Maggie again on another kitchen and bath in the near future:)

I had found a tile I loved at a local tile shop in Kentucky, but it was more than I wanted to spend. I searched online and found that Lima Tile carried it. I was hesitant at first, but after talking with Angie, she assured me that they shipped tile out of state all the time. We received the tile in a couple of days with no broken pieces! We saved $900 even though we had to pay $235 in shipping. I wanted to leave a review as a person from out of state because when I checked their reviews, they were good, but I didn't see any from someone who had it shipped out of state. Thanks for the great service

They were very helpful in the selecting of appropriate marble tile for our kitchen. When we installed a few tiles, however, we discovered that we would prefer a lighter stone. They graciously credited us for the unused tiles and let us switch to a slightly higher grade stone within our budget. Old school customer service all round.

I had the BEST experience doing business with Lima tile. First off, they are true professionals who take the time that you need as a customer to have a A+ experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient whether you know exactly what you're looking for or you need design ideas. Changing your mind in what you want a few times is not a problem! Samples are always offered and communication be it a question, receiving an invoice is fantastic. They have a HUGE selection of tile and marble, so many choices with many on display. I had an issue with the grout sealer drying on the tile when it was
