I had a clogged sewer drain. I called and was able to get someone to come out within 2 hours. Kenny arrived, quickly assessed the issue and had it resolved issue within an hour. Prior to calling J Ando, I had already removed the toilet from the drain hole in my bathroom in the basement. Ken installed a new wax ring and put the toilet back in after clearing the clog. Greatly appreciated him going above & beyond.

Had these guys out to unclog a bathtub drain backing up in my upstairs. Called in the morning and Jason was out in a couple of hours. Got the drain flowing again, educated my tenant on how to maintain and prevent another clog. Super reasonable and way better than the sales driven bigger names in town.
