As an esthetician for the past 22 years, I have dedicated myself to helping clients look and feel their best while addressing all their skin care needs. I've been a hairstylist since 2003 and have been at Brilliance since 2006. I specialize in color application and hair cutting for men and women. I have had several extended education classes on the latest hairstyles, products and trends. Redken, Joico and Enjoy product knowledge and color classes. Matrix, American Crew and Redken hair cutting.
This industry has interested me for as long as I can remember and has ultimately become my greatest passion. I take so much pride in my work and I feel so lucky to be able to call this my career! I am licensed in hair and esthetics.
I spend my spare time continuing my education as much as possible and taking extra classes to further improve my skills and knowledge on new trends and styles in order to perform and deliver the absolute best that I can.My number one priority is my clients and their needs and/ or wants. As a stylist since 2004, I enjoy working with my clients on all their hair styling needs including haircuts for men, women and children. In the past several years I have attend many conferences and shows featuring the latest in products as well as new hair cutting/coloring techniques. I enjoy working with each individual client to create a style that you will love!

Had a terrible color mishap and called to see if someone could fix it. Expected to have to wait but I was scheduled for Monday as I dreaded showing up for the Holidays looking like a home dye job. Fast forward to Monday night and Lauren fixed it beautifully and the color is what I have strived for forever. Excellent job, excellent salon and shout out to the owner for getting me in such short notice.

I feel like someone should call the clients to let them know if their appointment was cancelled due to someone calling out sick, Like I get it but come on. Feel like the ball was slipped here.

Alicia Volk gave me a shorter hair cut that I wanted. She gave me layers as my hair is thin, long and probably damaged. I wanted a change of some sort, but wasn’t sure what would look best as I’m afraid of short hair styles. Then she colored my hair with dark brown roots and purple the rest of the way. Due to my hair already having red in it (not her fault) it’s more of a burgundy violet color. Still super beautiful color, shine and cut! I finally have a hair dresser that I completely trust and feel comfortable going to! Alicia is amazing! I’m looking forward to experiencing other areas
