Latif was great. Good communication, easy drop off, allowed me to keep the car for a few extra days while he talked with insurance company, ordered one of the parts during that time as well so that when I dropped off the mirror was in and painted and the fender was in its way, and turn around time was less than a week. I spoke with Service King and they said they didn't even have appointments to evaluate the damage until March when I checked with them 1st week of January. I couldn't be happier. Such excellent service all around!

Amazing Service! These guys KNOW what they are doing!! Asif and Co. are very helpful and accommodating folks over at Service Excellence. I had my car fixed with no problems! Asif helped me breakdown the cost and went over things in detail needing attention like parts, service time, labor with great prices in town. I had checked out 5 other locations nearby, all which had unreasonable pricing and unnecessary parts for my car. My car was kept in great care and came back with all the parts needed PLUS all cleaned up looking brand spanking new!! I appreciate their candor and quickness about the repair

Since Asif opened his car collision repair business with his friend Salim, I have got my two cars serviced from him, at least three times. Amazing service, highly professional and very affordable. They did top notch interior detailing even with the smallest job, which is impressive.

I had excellent customer service here at this establishment and I am so glad that I went here instead of going to some major dealership. They did a lot of work on my car making it brand new and did it ever affordable price. Please view the pictures to see as what I'm talking about because I basically couldn't open my door the rim was bent tire was ruptured and they basically gave me a brand new car because their work is that good. I just got a brand new car and someone hit me in a parking lot. To make it worse they didn't leave a note. My car is high end and had a special finish on it. I didn't want to make a claim but wanted it to look perfect/factory.
The work was impeccable and the price was right. I worked at a body shop and know when things are done correctly.
