Tim Canady has been a real estate professional since 1994, building his business, and his reputation, one satisfied client at a time. Tim earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

He is an associate Broker and member of the Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS and is one of the few REALTORS in North Carolina to hold a Broker's License and Appraisal License.Tim's in depth training includes special real estate courses such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.

Our goal is to use modern technology to provide Buyers, Sellers and Lenders with the most accurate appraisal possible. Tim is well-trained in real estate appraisal and can quickly provide you with a fair and legally recognized valuation of your property. All appraisals will be completed with in 3 days of the site inspection.

This service is available for Wilmington area Owners Associations. The fee is based on property size along with a surcharge for handling any construction improvements/repairs. The monthly fee covers all office charges, weekly inspections of property, accounts payables and receivables and following up on current vendors.
