I went in to get the charging port of a second-hand Google Pixel 2XL, and they fixed it no-fuss. Works like a charm. The price you get is what you pay, no surprises there.
Jeff, the main technician was a real nice guy, and even waited several minutes more prior to closing for me to drop by after work just before 9PM. For integrity's sake, though, I can't gloss over the internal struggles (which I assume have been fixed since this review) that delayed what otherwise might have been a prompt repair job. I've been to this establishment 4+ times to get my screens repaired and they have always been speedy, reasonably priced and have great service! Hassan, during this last visit, was the best- he had my screen repaired in 15 minutes!

I needed the microphone repaired on my Samsung phone. I was told that the repair could be completed in 1 hour so I waited. When I left the store I called my wife and she couldn't here me because the microphone was still not working. I was told there was a 90 day warranty on repairs so I brought the phone back the next day. I was told they would need to keep the phone 4-5 days to complete the repair. I used my phone for business and couldn't be without it that long. When I returned 2 weeks later, another clerk was working who determined that a speaker had been replaced rather than a microphone.

The replacement phone screen fitted was allegedly an Apple quality replacement screen yet had a yellowish tinge and proceeded to smash less than 3 weeks later after a 2ft drop from an office chair onto textile flooring. The screen cracked underneath the screen protector (also provided by this place), which showed no signs of damage. Visited the store and was told that the warranty did not cover the defective screen fitted, and was lied to about when certain employees would be at the shop. Called the store again and they did not care or offer to acknowledge the poor quality.

This place was amazing - got a quote online for a cracked screen (which they matched in person), and it was the cheapest (and first) one I got.
Brought it in and it only took 30 minutes to fix. They even threw in a screen protector, and the owner let me use his phone to call my wife. Really nice guys, and the best possible service. If you need a phone repair, go here!

I cracked my iPhone 8 screen and needed it fixed quickly. The staff was super helpful. I paid and picked up my phone an hour later. The new screen glass looks identical to what is it was before I cracked it. Extremely grateful and the business gave me a $10 discount with Student ID as well.

I brought in my 27" Gigabyte gaming monitor in to be fixed exactly one week ago today and I gave them $270 to get it done as fast as possible - they said that they had to get the screen (read: replacement screen) from China. I check in on Wed when the job was supposed to be finished and the representative wasn't there, but his technician was there and he put the representative on the phone so we could talk. He said come by tomorrow. That was after he said that he was at lunch and he would be there to speak to me in thirty minutes. I gave him close to an hour before I came back and he wasn't there

JQ was very helpful in replacing my iPhone XR screen. He works very quickly! The address on yelp is actually incorrect though DMV in the same plaza over behind Food lion. Will definitely come here again!

Went in to repair my phone for what I thought was a faulty battery. Jeffrey was fantastic and kept me up to date with the progress of the repair. Unfortunately the phone couldn't be repaired, but guess what? They fully reimbursed me. Fully recommend.

What a gem to have on Franklin St! I am a current UNC student and I recently cracked my phone’s screen. The staff are professional, friendly, and efficient. Knowing that it would take Apple stores a few weeks to fix my broken screen, I knew it was the best idea to let this store to handle the situation... and it was the best decision ever. They fixed my phone in half an hour abs the pricing is extremely affordable! I would come again for sure.

I dropped and cracked my iPhone 10. I called the Apple store, Best Buy, bulbs and batteries and the cheapest I could find was $249! I found this ad ( see business card below) in my small neighborhood website. I called at seven, I drove there by 8 o'clock and at 8:20 I walked out with a perfect phone. His price out the door was $110. I have since texted friends and family. This is a gem, he is conscientious and very competent. I can recommend this 100%

I've gone to 2 apple stores and a Verizon store and they could not fix my phone. A piece of a charger broke off inside of my IPhone 8 Plus. I walked in and they fixed it in 2 seconds!!!!!

Awesome experience with Carolina Cell Phone Repairs! I had two iPhone-6s phones repaired with new screens and batteries in each. The price was more than fair and so far all is working great. It was a pleasure dealing with these guys. I would highly recommend their services.

I brought my iPhone in to fix a cracked screen and the service was great. Things didn't go as well as I hoped it would be, but I really appreciate the co-owner's effort in making it up. I could tell that he cares about his customers and wants to make them happy leaving. Even though it wasn't his fault, he tried to fix it no matter what. I would recommend this place to others.
