My husband managed to crack and mess up a vertical bar of pixels on his iPhone 11 on a Sunday afternoon, right before he was about to work for 2 straight weeks in a job that requires frequent phone use - yikes!
These guys came through for us in a pinch and squeezed us in even though they were technically full for the day. Great work and done in 30 minutes! I think we spent longer waiting at Best Buy for no one to appear at their Geek Squad counter...

I dropped off my phone on friday evening, this guy told me it would be ready by next day; i did not stop by on saturday to pick up so i went back on wednesday and i was told it was not ready yet!! this other guy promised me it would be ready before 11am next day, I stopped by and it was not not still ready!!! it has been a not so nice experience to me, obviously!

I entered this place having an iPhone 7 that needed a replacement screen. I left this place with an iPhone 7 that did have its screen repaired but everything else was messed up. The phone would and could not charge, there was no ability to connect to Data, the CPU was overheating, and the screen was not even fully placed into the phone. Now, the phone needs more repairs than it needed when I first came in, thus worsening the quality of the phone rather than improving it. I do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to ruin your phone.

Do not go to this phone repair shop. I went in for an iPhone 7 screen replacement because they had the best price in town. But about a month and a half later the screen stopped responding to touch. I haven’t dropped it and there is no damage to the phone itself.
This place uses very cheap products and the best part of this experience is that when I took it back to explain that it was no longer responding, all I got was “sorry you are out of the warranty period” and he wanted to charge me again for a new screen. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AGAIN WHEN YOUR PRODUCT QUALITY IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY

I checked google rating and stepped in for my phone repair and experienced amazing service by these guys. It was fast and very professional. The other place I went they said it’s not fixable due to water damage. These people took couple of hours and fixed my phone and saved my precious data as well. Highly recommended

Went in because I could not open the SD card tray. Michael helped me. Very kind and patient. Mask always, and helpful 100%! He was able to open the tray with no problems. No charge!
They're still in minor chaos right now because they just moved into a new space 2 months ago, but they don't let the wreckage bother them. I recommend their services!

How this place has so many five-star reviews is beyond me.
I came in to get the battery replaced on my Moto Z3. They said they didn't have the battery in stock, so they'd order it. Ok, got it. I come back a few days later, and guess what? They never ordered the battery. Guy at the counter insists they're going to do it right this time, orders the battery but I have to pay a $50 (!?) Down payment. Ok, I'm nice, I give them another try.
Go back the 3rd time, guess what? No battery. They either never ordered it, or did and then gave it to someone else. As can be expected

My iPhone screen broke, so I took it to the apple store where they were charging over 250 dollars.
I found Omar on yelp, and I can vouch for him. This dude is knowledgeable, and way cheaper than apple. He charged me 159 for the same job.
Omar is quite friendly and capable, he had me in and out in about 45 minutes.

This place exceeded my expectations. After a bit of research, I found the best deal here to get my cracked iPhone screen replaced. The owner was extremely courteous and prompt in his response when I requested for a quote via Yelp before going here.
Initially, I had planned on only getting my screen replaced but, I ended up getting a new battery and screen protector too. By far, this place offers the most competitive rates for screen replacement and the service is great too. Will definitely go back here in case I need any other service related to my phone.

Stopped here yesterday after my phone was bugging out and not picking up my fingerprint. The store had an issue with being locked out but after a short wait, security came by to open the shop.
Omar corrected my screen which was causing my fingerprint to work again and also fixed the sensory issue I was having.
Customer service here is paramount. This place is quick, courteous, has competitive prices - because of all this, I have been recommending to all my friends. I'll be back again, but hopefully not... because that means my tech gadgets won't be broken! *crosses fingers*
