I went to see Sonic Device Repair in Cary to have the cracked screen on my Samsung S20 FE replaced. I was greeted by Bobby and he provided me with a comprehensive overview of my options and their potential impacts. Extremely informative and well beyond what you would receive at a big box store. He replaced my cracked screen in very short time and… at an extremely reasonable rate. Bobby and Sonic Device Repair in Cary is what customer service is supposed to be and is the personalized service that you don't receive from the manufacturers or the bog box retailers.

GREAT customer service and highly knowledgeable. I originally had my repair done by someone at a kiosk in Southpoint Mall, but after 2 weeks it failed. Sonic Repair took a look and laid out what the issue was (cheap glass was used and missing pad in between the glass and device). He quoted me a price and was honest on the cost of refurbished iPad, including the pros and cons. He was about 30-40 cheaper than buying a refurbished, plus he'd have it ready in a few hours. Great Service and its sad that Yelp doesn't allocate more reviews and customers to him - he has over 600 review on Google

My 3 year old stepped on my brand new MacBook Pro and shattered the screen. From the very begining I was worried about the cost and process to get it replaced. Bobby helped get a broken headphone jack out of our Nintendo switch. I had tried but was unsuccessful so I took it to him. he was able to remove it but the headphone slot didnt work, likely damaged from my messing with it, but he didn't charge me! and he even did a little research for me to find the best kind of wireless headphones compatible with the switch. I will return to him again should we have any issues with our electronics. wonderful service!

Awesome experience today ! I was gifted a new battery for my iPhone 6 from sonic from my parents for Christmas - I had heard about this place from Diane Wilson (ABC11) a few months back - apparently it was an older story - but in case I didn’t have the spare $$ to throw at a new batter and was getting by using back up batteries and chargers… everywhere I went - could not drive the 10 minutes to work without my phone dying - new battery put in today and already see a major change - great guy to chat with too - AND my mom decided to get her batter on her iPhone 7 replaced today to since

My charging port on my Motorola G5 Plus stopped working. I brought it in and it was fixed without a costly repair ( read: Free)!Even if it did need a repair, the cost would have been quite reasonable and the turnaround time he offered was much better than anyone else in the area (a day and a half as opposed to a week or sending it back to the manufacturer, as we're my options offered by other places). No need to go to the Apple store. Contacted this store after being told at the Apple store it would take over 6 hours to get my faulty iPhone 6 battery replaced. The owner, Bobby was knowledgeable and… experienced. He replaced my battery in under 10 minutes, for the same price as Apple. Other franchise repair shops in the area were asking for $70 for the repair. If you need repairs to your electronics, skip Apple, Verizon, and Best Buy and check this locally owned small business out. They even guarantee the work.

Save yourself the hassle of finding an appointment or waiting in line for the genius bar and go see Bobby! I made the trip all the way from Eastern Wake county to get 2 phones and an ipad headphone port fixed. Bobby not only was upfront about what he could and could not provide for service, but gave straight forward pricing. Our iphones were repaired with genuine Apple parts (not a cheaper after market version) and all for less headache (and likely cost) than going to the Apple store.

I went to Digital Solutions to get my iphone 6 charger port replaced since I was having lots of problems charging my phone. Bobby looked at it, and said I didn't need to replace it. It just had bits of junk or lint jammed in it. He took a few minutes, cleaned it out, didn't charge me anything. Some other place probably would have charged me $40-50 to replace the charging port when it wasn't necessary. Great honest business!

Digital Solutions is AMAZING! I dropped my phone in water the night before. I immediately took my phone apart and put it in a bag of rice to absorb the moisture. In the process I ripped my battery cord from my phone. I took it to Digital Solutions the next day and they not only replaced my battery but also fixed my phone completely! This happened over 3 months ago and I have had no problems with my phone. Highly recommend these guys! Super friendly and great to work with! Thank you again for all your help!!!

These guys are great! My wife's phone had gone through the washing machine and gotten completely water logged. Many pictures and videos of our daughters first year were recorded on there. She was very upset, but I called the Guys at digital solutions and they took the phone apart and were able to recover all the data, and even got the phone working again. They were very honest, courteous, and the price was excellent. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in as long as I can remember.
