Night grinding is a troublesome and often health-damaging condition. You may not be aware that you are grinding your teeth at night, but the symptoms will tell a different story. Headaches, jaw pain, tooth pain, fractured or unevenly worn teeth all can be caused by grinding your teeth at night. Some signs will be visible upon examination by Dr. Chuang but it is important to mention any of these symptoms as well.

Dr. Kevin truly goes above and beyond for his patients! If you live around Plano area, I highly recommend visiting Dr.Kevin’s office! I refuse to go to any other dentists after I’ve found Floss City Dental. Dr.Kevin recently helped getting me Vivera Retainers, and he even called me at my cell personally to follow up after shipping them out. It’s the small things that make the difference! Needless to say, all the front desk staffs and the dental assistants are always so professional and kind. This place is truly a gem. You won’t regret it!

If you're like me, I dread going to the dentist. Dr. Kevin and his staff was amazing from start to finish. He did great job and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
I especially liked the fact that he should me how my teeth look before and after. He offered some great recommendations and I look forward to my future appointments.

Took off work and rushed for a 9am appointment made weeks in advance. Only to find no hygienist or appointment. I was told it was "something about the insurance". This is after I received a voicemail that my insurance had been confirmed, which I still have.
Now I can't get my dental work done on 2021 insurance. Extreme incompetence, unprofessional, and complete waste of people's time. Racist, discriminatory practice. They made NO effort or attempt to fix their mess, reschedule, or salvage business. Chuang the owner of the practice was right there as I just walked out the door

Dr chuang is very honest and professional. Both me and my 5 years old son had wonderful experience. He spent time to explain the details before and after with photos, and very patients, the price are reasonable. The office is very clean and every visit I felt welcomed by their friendly staffs. Dr.Kevin and his staff are super great! This was my first time coming here and I had a quick and easy experience. Had all my questions answered and even got to see some cool pictures of my teeth. The office is very clean and looks great. Plus, there's a tv above you so you can be distracted while he is working on your teeth which was really cool. Overall great experience!

Dr. Kevin is by far the best the dentist I have met. He takes care of all his patients with the consideration of their pocket book. I took my mom there and being an elderly, dr. Kevin took time to explain all procedures and work that he was about to perform.. When my mom had a hard time adjusting the change from laying down to up right, Dr. Kevin even held her hand to help her get up and walk her to the front. I almost hated putting a review and letting the secret out!!

Dr. Chuang is informative, patient, and considerate with providing your oral hygiene needs. He will give a closeup of what the surface of your teeth look like with a neat camera tool and explains any notices he observes as well as solutions regarding them. He takes his time, making sure everything goes smoothly and isn't painful. My family has been at another dentist for over 10 years, however, it had taken us no time to appreciate Dr. Chaung's work after our recent visits. From just the first visit, this is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Kevin was very thorough in explaining and went into detail with all my teeth issues. He even took pictures to compare them to my x-rays which I’ve never had a dentist do before. He was very gentle despite the sensitivity I’d usually feel with my previous dentists. Really puts in the effort and care into the patient. I’d highly recommend Dr. Kevin to anyone.

During my visit, Dr. Kevin Chuang started with a details analysis of the health of my teeth, advised me what should be done and what expected to be fixed in the future, without pushing to do unnecessary works. Highly recommend Dr. Chuang for your next dental visit. We didn't have to wait and the staff are very friendly. He personally did the cleaning and took the time to explain everything. Definitely knowledgeable,… personable, and no sales gimmick. Just his honest recommendation. My family and I decided to switch over to a new dentist recently and we are so pleased with Dr. Chuang and everyone in his office. Super friendly staff! I visited Floss City Dental, and I am very satisfied with Dr. Kevin for my crown work and deep cleaning, so gentle and I don't feel any stress.

Snuck in a couple of photos. I just had my teeth cleaned and they feel amazing! New place so there isn't a long wait. I was surprised at the level of detail given during the examination. Provided digital x-rays and photos on the TV for you to see exactly what he was explaining. Will definitely go back to get other teeth work done.

This is a wonderful work place. Dr. Kevin is simply the kindest to both his staff, and his patients. Dr. Kevin is thorough and friendly. My old dentist used to just take my x-rays and tell if I have cavity. I just figured that's what all dentist did. Well, I was so wrong! Dr. Kevin will walk you through your x-rays and explain to you what he sees. He'll give you options for your treatment plan and there's no pressure what so ever. I learned so much about my teeth that makes taking care of them so much more worth it. I would never go anywhere else! Thanks for my pearly white teeth, Floss City Dental!
