DONOT USE BSTOCK. Save your self from a scam. For some time we got our orders rights but this time we ordered a lot of phones and when we opened out package there was 7 phones missing from the order. We got in touch with bstock and did not get our money back nor did we get the missing phones. It was not our first time ordering but it sure will be our last. Very disappointing and illegal. I hope someone holds them accountable and shuts down this filthy business. They stole over 1000, we’re a small business that was hard on us. They should be ashamed.

Worst experience ever! Please be aware of this website, they just want your money & you’ll never hear from them back if you had any problem. They are fraud and awful platform to deal with.
I have been contacting the customer support for more than 12 days and they promised to call me to fix the problem with my order but they didn’t!!

First of all I hope no body goes through what I went through with this company , I did purchase 5 Pallets of 4K & HDTVs by Samsung & More, (Lot J0302494), B Grade Quality, 28 Units, Est. Retail $69,499, Lenexa, KS but the products that I received was totally different damaged and unusable Grade D it can only be used for parts all damaged screens and missing TV's I have tried numerous times contacting by emails and by phone but the never answered back I lost $11375 down the drain I can't believe this company is legal to operate this is a fraud I have looked on the better business bureau a lot of

Don't use any BStock sites. I used BStock Supply for two purchases. One went ok because I got lucky and found an honest vendor. The other was a total rip off. A vendor sold me phones as "New Open Box" and "factory unlocked." Long story short the phones have scratches all over them, wear and tear, and are not unlocked. I managed to get a partial refund on ONE phone. All six I bought were damaged. And I later found out that the phones are LOCKED. Some are even stolen! BStock said they couldn't do anything about it because I already got a partial refund. That's true, after I repaired one of the so
