I'm so disappointed in State Farm. I was insured with Kimberly Brogan Smith for about seven years, and last year I sold my car and no longer needed insurance. I was due a refund, and although I received a check, my bank did not accept my electronic deposit because it didn'thave the e-transaction stamp, so they declined. I called to explain this to the agent, and I was assured she would take care of issuing a new refund, but it's been alomst ONE YEAR and I still have not received a refund. Most frustrating and very disappointing!

Can't say enough about the fantastic help and support of this office. Rear-ended in an accident yesterday and with the help of Kimberly and more specifically Ashley, they helped coordinate with the other party's carrier and everything was resolved in 1 day. Amazing! I've been driving for 50 years and have had a few different auto insurance carriers in a couple of different states and I have NEVER experienced the overall customer service, responsiveness and genuine concern and caring this office had shown me! Thanks folks!

Kimberly and Ashley are really tremendous people to work with. Always available, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Not only have they been able to assist with all my insurance stuff, they have also helped with financial planning, tax questions, etc.
They have always provided a personal touch and are great about creating an actual relationship, not just sending me bills and making sure i'm covered. In invaluable resource for someone with lots of questions.
