Our first true "employee" was my sidekick, Percy, who was just a puppy at the time. For the first few months, most days were spent setting up the agency, working with our very first clients and taking many trips to the backyard to work on potty training. Throughout the years, our office has grown, changed and evolved.
After growing up on a farm outside of Fargo, North Dakota, I relocated to Colorado in 2007. I graduated from Minnesota State University and I'm an avid North Dakota State football fan. I enjoy golf, skiing and camping with my wife, twin daughters and two dogs. We have a big heart for animals so we foster shelter dogs and puppies.

Integrity First has been a huge blessing and benefit to our family since finding them in 2015. There are some truly fantastic people who work at this company, that I do admire. However, through personal and professional experience, I’ve come to find that their Client Services Manager has proven to be untruthful, disrespectful and all around sketchy. With a plethora of great service agents leaving, I’m now afraid that she’ll have to handle my accounts and I just don’t feel comfortable with that. I decided to transfer my accounts to a different small family ran agency.

I get the run around every time I need to interact with them, which thankfully isn't very often. I called them to cancel my insurance policy after a 150% increase (what good is a broker if they don't catch that ahead of time and proactively find me a better rate?) and trying to do anything over the phone was like pulling teeth.
After being hassled to stay, I was finally emailed a form to sign, and after I signed and emailed it back, I was never given any confirmation by email, phone, anything

We recently moved to a fire zone in Colorado and luckily I was referred to an agent who has the patience of Job.
