Went to this building for 15+ years as Paradise Optical, but the new group there is a big disappointment. Scheduled an appointment on their website around my schedule. Got a text several hours later simply stating my appointment wasn't available, and asking how a week later sounded? Oh - and to CALL to confirm. Texted a question - no response. Sorry - I scheduled on-line to avoid having to call. You texted me, but I'm supposed to call you? I'll find a provider that keeps up with the times.

Horrible Experience. Can't even spell customer service. Prices are outrageous and the staff is disinterested at best. Been a client of the practice Classic Vision purchased for over a decade. Never going back to this place again. Went in with broken frames, they said on the phone they could help me out, when i go on site i'm told there was nothing they could do (really?). Have to have a new exam and order new glasses (convenient) Asked for my prescriptions (Plural). They said they couldn't give it to me because it was expired (by 3 months). I pushed and the 'helper' finally prints it off. When

I only needed to get my glasses adjusted, and I wanted them adjusted there because they are special glasses that need to be adjusted by the place I bought them at.
I had an appointment for 2:30pm. I showed up at 2:16pm and was told that they would tell Brandt I was there. As of 2:45pm, no one had called or come out to my car and the entire time, there was only one vehicle in the parking lot. I finally left because when I tried to call again at 2:50pm, no one answered.
They had my name and phone number because I set up the appointment in advance. I had seen Dr. Simons for 30 years at Paradise

Had an appointment with Dr. Patel and had a fantastic experience. The staff met me on time, completed paperwork quickly, and got me ready to go in just a few minutes.
Dr. Patel was very knowledgeable, and explained to me what she was doing at every step of the way, including having an open discussion about the pros and cons of different options I have.

This was definitely an upscale practice with that hometown feel. I will never go to another practice. Dr. Miller was absolutely amazing. Took the time to address my concerns, talk to me about what was going on, even with my trivial questions, along with just chit chatting with me during the entire consultation to get to know me. The two other ladies in the office made me feel like a priority the entire visit! Denise handled all of my insurance ‘things’ before I even got there so that none of it was needed when I arrived as a new patient.
