Love love love! Great first experience with them. I came in as a first-time patient and left feeling like, "Lens-crafter who?!"
Initially, I was about to have a hissy fit, because my insurance was out of network for Lens Crafters. I've been their client for a long time. Hate change!
Anywho the establishment is modern, their selection of frames and sunglasses are A1, yes girl they have your Gucci, Prada, and the whole nine.
Service was impeccable, the doctor was knowledgeable, and the place was clean!

A very nice, clean office and excellent staff that work well together. Dr. Jakupovic is knowledgeable and nice to work with. She answered all my questions and walked me through the process. The office also offers a nice selection of frames with a friendly, helpful staff. Got my appointment with little wait and was in and out quickly. Thank you Eye 1st Vision Center!!

Had a really good experience!! From the eye exam with Dr. J to looking for frames! I didn’t catch the name of the individuals who helped me when looking for my frames but their customer service was exceptional and they were so patient(I’m picky & indecisive) and kind! The lady in that department is my new fav human; she was soooo sweet!! Dr. J was also extremely personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and overall amazing!! This place is awesome. From the customer service at the front desk to the technicians, even the ladies that work in the section where you choose your frames.[one of the beautiful ladies and I share the same birthday 😊] I love the fact that the doctor took the time to explain to me what my images mean, what they would be looking for, and really answer any questions or concerns I had. I called to try and book an appointment. After waiting for someone to actually pick up eden? Edna? Not sure answered and she sounded miserable. Decided to look elsewhere. I work as a receptionist myself and was very disappointed in her lack of enthusiasm. Fake it girl, or you need to find a new job. First impression is everything. My first impression was to go elsewhere.

Had a really weird experience. Not sure why they ask you for all your information including address and insurance before they even try to schedule an appointment. They even asked for my medical insurance during the visit.. weird..
They don't perform a regular yearly vision exam that's covered by the insurance. They make you take a medical eye exam too during your visit that the insurance does not cover so you can pay out of pocket. Every other clinic has that as optional.
Really sketchy experience overall. Not coming back.

I just left from my appointment and let me tell you... I have never been to such an amazing vision center or doctor. This was my first visit and not the last! I walked in and immediately felt at home. The front desk receptionist was so helpful and even retrieved my member ID number for my insurance. It took me 3 days of searching just to find nothing and she found it, wrote it down on a sticky note, and gave it me to keep for my records. I haven’t felt so “at home” since I left my eye doctor in NY that I had been going to since I was a kid.
Dr. J was on her first day, and was a true professional and people person. Excellent customer service from people that truly cared, this group has a great culture!
Everyone from Dr. J to her team members made sure to explain everything to me about the process and answer any questions I had. Furthermore they queried me for questions to ensure I didn’t miss any myself!
The actual building is nicely kept with a good clean presentation and they have reserved parking for customers only

I am offering a 4 star review based on the communication and customer service I've received from established staff (not new) while considering transferring optical care to this office. I have called multiple occasions attempting to gather information that will assist in my decision making for the switch and have receive nothing but pleasant encounters from office manager Jada & technician (I believe) Steve. Dr. Clare Massen is the absolute best eye doctor ever. She is calm and caring and will explain anything as many times as you wish. She found a tear in my retina and she sat with me while I freaked the freak out. She calmed me down so much, coached me through how to handle the procedure and the staff got me into a surgeon that very day.
I was a babbling wreck because I was so scared. Dr. Massen recognized that I didn't have any family here, sat with me for a few minutes while I freaked out and assured me it would be okay. She is amazing. And it WAS okay!

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST VISION CARE EXPERIENCE that I have EVER received!!! They messed up my first order, after receiving authorization and my benefits coverage and allowance from my insurance company but because I'm black... Dr. Shida and Monique wanted to make sure my insurance paid first for my medically necessary contacts!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE!!! Horrible experience!!! Definitely NOT the best vision care in Sandy Springs!!!

The staff was very professional and fast during my appointment. When I couldn't figure out my insurance info they helped me by looking it up. Also Dr Masson was amazing! The visit was not rushed when she came in to check eyes. Every test was done so that they knew my eyes were healthy ! Great place , the staff was very also very friendly.

This was my first visit to Eye 1st Vision Center, and it was an absolute treat. Dr. Masson was very friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to educate me about my eyes, and actually taught me a few things that I hadn't learned in 15+ years wearing contacts and glasses. I'll absolutely be going back, and recommend Dr. Masson for anyone looking for an eye doctor!

Went in for an appointment. Sat there for over thirty minutes and eventually left. Attempted to make a complaint but that was a process with in itself. As far as I can see(no pun intended). They just schedule and over book without giving a damn about people's time. The manager and staff and showed nothing but incompetence. Had to give a star to post review.

Honestly, if it wasn't for Dr. Trivedi and the tall African American man who assists with eye exams on the staff, then this review would be lower. Those two are very helpful and thorough with their care! I have an unique eye condition known as Amblyopia that requires a very strong prescription in one eye. I've lived with this my entire life and see an eye doctor every year for exams and updated contact lenses. This was my first time at Eye1st and Dr Trivedi was so thorough with the exam! She even told me about custom made contact lenses which was surprisingly the first time I had heard

They sold me extremely cheap glasses. The lenses lost the top layer of film which caused a huge smudge. The lock of the temple later broke off when I simply took my glasses off. DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THEM, THEY ARE EXTREMELY CHEAP. I spent $120 for glasses that broke in several places in less than 6 months

I have been going to Eye 1st Vision Center for the past 10 years and have always had a very positive experience. Dr. Shida is as good as it gets and he was able to fit me for CRT lenses which was a life-changing experience. I always had allergies to soft lenses, so having the CRT lenses to sleep in as "temporary LASIK" has been the best thing to ever happen to me. Since I got these at the age of 15, my vision stopped getting worse every year, and I was able to have perfect vision during the day without the discomfort of wearing soft lenses. 10/10 would recommend!

I was a first time patient and was on a very tight schedule they were able to get me in and quite honestly the experience could not have been better. The technician took me right back and started all the testing after I had a short wait for Dr Singh. He was very knowledgeable and quite thorough. Honestly I couldn't have had a better experience.
When I was finished I went out and ordered my glasses again very friendly and and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this group to anyone based on my experience

Dr. Shida was amazing! I say this in the best and most appreciative way possible, but I have not spent this long at an optometrist's office in years! The time was NOT spent in the waiting area (maybe waited 3-5 minutes), but with the actual doctor and nurses. I was desperate to find an eye doctor who was a 'family optometrist' and not the type that you'd see once, at a 'chain type' practice, and never see again.

I have been seeing Dr. Shida for years. I have always been able to get an appointment at a convenient time. I have never had a long wait, and the technicians have always been incredibly friendly.
