Some buyers love the process of Real estate. For others it is like going to the dentist. It is my pledge to you that I will take the SUCK out of Real estate shopping and purchasing. First, I will work to fully understand what you like and dislike and only show you homes that fit your criteria. I won't drive you around for days showing you listings that should be clear you would not be interested in.
Selling a home especially while living in the home at the time can be difficult but necessary. However, who you have on your side of the transaction can make a big difference in how fast your home sells and can make the process of showing much easier. First and foremost is the MLS presentation. IPhone photos and a few lines of description are not acceptable.
