In order to determine if our programs are a good fit for a person's needs, we offer an assessment with one of our qualified therapists. Assessments help us collaborate with you to determine the level of care, programs, and additional services and treatments that are right for you. Our trained assessment coordinators will collaborate with you to identify your treatment needs and options.
Psychiatric Solutions' Discover YOU Intensive Outpatient Program is a flexible program that meets a variety of needs and provides intensive help for individuals who need more than the outpatient services they have already received. People often experience a need to step up their treatment from traditional therapy to a slightly more intensive treatment or step down from Partial Hospitalization on their journey to health.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) uses an intensive outpatient format to treat some of the more complex behavioral health conditions which can be particularly distressing and tough to handle. Patient's undergoing DBT will focus on learning new ways to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and relate to others.
Substance abuse is a common problem in the U.S. Recognizing that you have a problem and taking measures to correct is an admirable decision, but it is also a mission you cannot accomplish alone. It is important to establish a dedicated support network that can help you resist the temptations of substance abuse during moments of weakness.

Absolutely horrible! I was in the emergency room with withdrawals from Abilify and Zoloft!
This place has never filled my medications on time, but rather late and always to the wrong pharmacy. One time they sent them to Seattle and ironically I was there to pick them up and hadn’t lived there for quite some time.
The front office ladies are rude as all heck! They never answer phones or if they do, it’s with a rude tone. I’m private pay and regardless the service is horrible.
You’ll never see the same doctor more than twice! I have had numerous doctors since I’ve been here.

I've been going to this clinic for almost 3 years and everything went well for the most part i was even impressed that my provider sommer wright went out of her way to help me during hard times of health. Then 2021 came around and my provider left due to choices of her own. They were able to assist with finding me a new provider fairly quick. The front desk people do a fine job. My only advice would be that any new patients should be careful of that no show policy/24 hour appointment change because you will get hit with a $125.00 fee. Thank you to the staff that got to know me during my treatment

I've taken my sons to Dr Bremner-Dexter for years and like her immensely but have to stop using her because, since she joined Psychiatric Solutions, the billing process has been nothing but a nightmare. I can't caution strongly enough! I'd submit our insurance information 2-3 times and they'd ignore it and bill me. They currently owe me $244.72 and continue to bill me! I'm going to have to fight like hell for it. Save yourself a nightmare and go anywhere else!

They do not have a good business model and are not patient centered. They cut appointments short because the last one ran long. They are consistently 10 to 15 minute's late and as a result never give the full allotted time slot. Front desk is very unfriendly. You can feel that the atmosphere is not happy which is ironic for the kind of business. Not recommending unless you are only left with them as an Opti9n. With these type of services you really want a company that cares about their customers that are driving the business.

Katie your review does not make sense you said it took you 45 minutes to fill out paperwork but the provider only spent 10 minutes asking you all those questions over. Another thing some one that runs around to search for you information is going above and beyond. Were things really not explained to you or did you stop listening I have been in all three programs and there is no Linda that works there. I got excellent service there in all three programs.
