Our story started the way many good stories begin.from a Me (stephanie snow) to a We (psychology & wellness). Me: I am Stephanie Snow and I am the owner of our fantastic group practice. I have always wanted the ability to find a way to help more people with their mental health struggles as well as their life dreams.
This practice is part of my dream. We: I have expanded from a solo private practice to a group mental health therapy and wellness clinic. The practice, for now, is all telehealth, but we will remain in the Lake Oswego / SW Portland area when we return to our office. We plan to continue to expand our services and add, along with the therapy and medication management services we currently offer, wellness services such as nutrition and yoga.

Services
Each person on our team specializes in different areas of mental health care. Some see adolescents, some see adults and some see both. Providers practice using various styles, have different clinical interests as well as diverse personalities. While each person has specialties, everyone will be qualified to treat more general mental health problems and concerns.
Contact us via phone, email or our contact form. Leave your name and number and give us permission to text you. We will send you a link to join our secure messaging app (Spruce Health), specific to our practice, so we can communicate easily. We can answer all of your questions via the secure app. We will either get you scheduled for a free 15-20 minute consult with one of our clinicians or get you added to the waitlist.
In-network means we accept your insurance. After your deductible is met (if you have one), insurance will pay for most or all of the sessions. Out-of-network (OON) means we don't take your insurance and you pay the session fee up front, however we will provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance plan for reimbursement or we will file your claim for you.
