My name is Jon Pennington, a personal trainer, prep coach, and athletic performance coach at my company, Jon The Ripper LLC. Jon The Ripper LLC has been in business since 2017 in Edmond, Oklahoma.

Jon is the ideal personal trainer. He is conscientious of your goals and limits and is very good at working around old injuries. He's great at communicating and bends over backwards to help his clients.
He also gets you to work out hard and consistently. He'll teach you how to plan your own workouts and diet.
But most of all, he makes you feel like you crushed every set and you walk out of the gym feeling like a winner. Every time.

Jon is awesome . The program he designed for me is really helping me to achieve my goals. The nutritional program is perfect for the foods I normally eat. I like the way he works with me his approach to training is right on for someone my age I’m 66 years old. I appreciate his demand for correct form.

Jon is a great trainer who will meet you where you’re at. He’s not like other trainers who will try to kill you with intense workouts on your first session. He helps you gradually build into it, which, personally, has been helping me turn fitness into a lifestyle.

Jon is amazing at what he does! He truly knows what he is doing. Jon has a way of explaining things when it comes to why he has you doing certain things, how doing exercises the correct way can work certain muscles. He’s very easy to talk to and communicate with. If you are uneasy about hiring a personal trainer because you are not comfortable in your current skin...don’t be Jon is the perfect trainer for you. Jon will help you take steps to your goals! Jon is an amazing individual. Training me while I am injured! Today marks two weeks in.
TRAINS AROUND INJURIES:
I came in with degenerative disc disease and meniscus tear in my right knee. (Two injuries) daily suffering pains.
I couldn’t sit long, stand long, lay in bed long, waking up with lower back pains. Basically hell.
I couldn’t squat or walk up/down stairs. Now.. two weeks later I’m doing both.
My pains have subsided to virtually non existent.
Jon trains with your injuries in mind. Constantly reminding & checking that you are not over extending and making sure you don’t stimulate
