I order a taxi for a 3 mile round trip they charge 45 dollars I take him to a closer address and made him wait seven min I get back in the truck and he tells me I owe him 15 dollars more then started to give me attitude and argue with me and I have him the 45 upfront before we left or he wouldn’t leave then pushed hard for the 15 or he said he was leaving me there.

AWFUL! Will never call them again. Called them for an elderly neighbor. Waited with him for 20 minutes and they called back and said "our car has a flat tire, we can't make it". You are a TAXI company, you clearly have more than one car. When I questioned the receptionist she said "it's not my job to find another car" - it's literally your ONLY job. Never again.
