Services
MileStone Academy's mission is to educate our students with complex learning challenges that by fostering a nurturing and positive environment that utilizes research-based practices. We empower students to realize their strengths and capabilities, by teaching self-advocacy skills and strategies for overcoming frustrations that will serve them well in their future endeavors.
MileStone evaluates our instructional program on a regular basis to ensure its relevancy for our students. A group of school professionals and organizations join us in this assessment process. Our program is successful because the staff, parents and students work together to enrich the educational experiences we offer.
When you are ready to enroll your high school student in MileStone Academy, this is the admission process:. The second step is to connect with MileStone Academy's Admission's Director, Carol Wolf. You and Ms. Wolf will have a conversation about MileStone and if it is a good fit for your family. Take a personal tour of MileStone Academy by scheduling an appointment with Ms. Wolf.
MileStone's 2021 - 2022 course description is available for your review below. You may request to receive a copy of our course description by email or standard first class mail. In 2018, we created M.A.P. (MileStone Arts Programming). MAP explores diverse styles, mediums, and cultures in both visual and performing arts.
Schedule a private tour with our Admission Director, Carol Wolf. You will be able to look inside classrooms, hear from our students and staff, and feel what MileStone Academy could look like for your child. We are accepting in-person appointments.
