I had my wheels stolen off my bike while parked in a hotel down the road from them. Went in and he didn't have anything in stock to fit my bike. Told him we were in town on vacation and what had happened. He stripped the wheels off a bike on his show room floor so I could get back on my bike. Outstanding shop.

Many thanks to the folks at EA Bicycles for their efficient and expert service on my rented bike when it was failing to change gears (the gear cable was rusted). They were friendly, straightforward, and quick. Start to finish, the repair took 20 minutes, and the cost was minimal and fair. Highly recommend.

Bad experiences at other shop nearby. I decided to try EA Bicycles. I have four high end bikes and ride >9,000 mi/yr. What a pleasant surprise. Al, the owner and chief mechanic is the real deal. I was glad I went. He is my "go to" bike shop from now on.

We went in to this shop looking for a bicycle for a short chubby 58 year old whithb2 bad knees- me! I wanted to become more active. I purchased a cheap bike at a local Big Box store, but had trouble mounting and dismounting because of my knees. The gentleman in the store immediately guided me to the perfect bike! After testing it out, I was sold! Yes, it was more expensive, but I feel it was well worth the cost. Highly recommend!

Was in Brooksville yesterday dropping my son to grandparents when a man in this company van nearly ran Into me. We were all waiting for a semi to pull out and he 1st attempted to drive over curb, but decided… against that and backed up. Once semi pulled out he rushed in front of me (who was behind semi)...When we slammed on brakes he leaned out window and was hollering something with arms in air. Terrible impression of this business. Acts speak louder then words and I would now never visit or recommend this company!! Might want to consider teaching them patiences and driving ethics!! I know

I knocked my front wheel out of true. So I called EA bicycles and ask them if they could rebalance my wheel while I waited. Al said he should be able to work me in the following day if I would come in early. This shop has a good selection of new and used bicycles of both Road and comfort. Al and his wife are both Avid bicyclist, they've been in the business for more than 30 years. I feel so fortunate to have such a great bicycle shop in my own neighborhood.

Before loading the bikes on the back of the car, which is a struggle in and of itself, I thought I'd call the shop to verify to see that they're open (and not closed for vacation) or whether I'd need an appointment first, and I got ringing and ringing and ringing--and then "the mailbox is full." I called 3 times just in case they were in the back working..still ringing and ringing and then "the mailbox is full." So, I called their second location. The person who picked up had a very lackadaisical attitude about the store being unreachable, as if it were my problem, not his. "They have a problem
