Big Momma's Bicycle shop in Naples is INCREDIBLE. Not only was SAL super nice but he wanted to save me money. He loved my old bicycle my mother gave me, who has since passed away, so this bike is very important to me but it was so hard to pedal.
After reading all the 5 star reviews, I decided to put my precious old bike in Big Momma's hands. Sal and Big Momma's Boys, went ABOVE and BEYOND. My bike rides like NEW, shifts smoothly and is a dream to ride. They cleaned it up and installed the extras I bought.

The entire service here is impressive.
When the job is to repair a part of the bicycle, they go over and above to be sure its completed correctly.

This is the second time that I have rented from Big Mommas's. They have a wide range of bikes available for rental and are very helpful making sure the bike you select is a good fit. Bikes are in excellent condition! I will continue to be a loyal customer to this business. Can't recommend them enough!!

The reservation process was easy and hourly rentals seemed affordable. We were not able to make it to our 11am reservation, I attempted to call from the time they opened up until our reservation time and their phone never rang, it went straight to voicemail. Needless to say we never rode the bikes I paid for and I was never able to reach anyone to reschedule.

My photos don't do justice to the immaculate condition of my bike after a tune up at Big Momma's. This is a bike that was used to commute ten miles a day over seven years. I now ride it weekends and evenings. The chain needed replacing and the bike was a greasy mess when I brought it in for repair and tuning up. When I picked it up it looked like a new bike fresh out of the box and rides like it to. I've had my bikes tuned up before, but never has one came back as immaculate as this. Whoever worked on it treated it like their own and I'm impressed.

We were looking for a place to rent tandem bikes and this place was more than ideal. The renting prices were very reasonable, cheaper than others, and they rented hourly which was very convenient (unlike other places that had 24h rental periods). They also had a wide variety of other bikes you could use, however, we came for the tandem bikes so I didn't get to try the other bikes available.
