Extremely unprofessional and greedy. I went for an eye exam only. Also, asked them to measure my pupil distance, the doctor said we don't do it. It is done outside while you are purchasing a frame. when I arrived at their retail counter to look for frames, I told the salesman to check for my pupil distance he said the doctor needs to do it.

Dr. Rosenfeld has been my doctor for a very long time. Being eye sensitive, his exams are great and I have no problem. I also have been getting my glasses there for a very long time. Takes me a long time to pick glasses,

I have not had my eyes checked in over 20 years. Dr. Rosenfeld was efficient and explained every step of the exam. Paul, who managed the process of picking out frames and writing up the lens information was very helpful. Jean at front office was also very efficient and helpful. Their steps to protect customers during Covid-19 were excellent. Door was locked after each customer arrived to avoid walk-ins. Only two customers in the office at any given time. Very professional!

Due to insurance I haven’t seen Dr. Rosenfeld for 10 years. So when I had my exam a couples days ago I realized how much I’ve missed. The thoroughness and professionalism is obvious. Everyone was absolutely attentive and welcoming! With any luck my insurance will keep him on my plan. Thanks everyone!

My husband and I had our eyes checked by Dr. Rosenfeld and had glasses made by his office last November. We spent over $1,600. I requested that they email us our prescriptions for our files and they failed to do this, even though I called 2 days in a row, spoke with 2 different people, and both times was assured it would be done. As a last resort I showed up at the office and waited while 'Paul' printed them out for me. I asked why, after being good and paying customers, they would be so inconsiderate as to make me demand the prescriptions in person. He said they probably arrived in my

The worst experience at an eye doctors that I have ever had. At my eye exam, Dr. Rosenfeld removed my contacts himself. He literally had me put my head back and he pulled them from my eyes. I've worn contacts for over 20 years and I've never experienced that with a doctor. Ever. Incredibly awkward and weird.
I decided to order glasses because my insurance was about to run out. Now, I'm very aware I have a high prescription so I articulated my concerns about the thickness. The lady assisting me assured me that my lenses would be thinner than what I already have. I paid over $400

The frame selection is first class. However, I experienced several delays in getting my glasses, and when they came in I complained that it hurt to see thru them. I was told to give it some time, but my eyes actually hurt so I went back to my old pair. I was told they would definitely not re-examine me. When I returned a few days later, still complaining, it was finally apparent that the prescription for at least one of the lenses was upside down, meaning the reading focus on these no line bifocals was at the top instead of the bottom. Thus, more delay as they sent them back..
