Literally an amazing experience! 10/10 will recommend this location to friends and family. From the extensive assortment of glasses. My questions were answered and any doubts flew out the window. The ladies on the exam side really took their time with explaining my insurance and we’re thorough with each exam I received. The doctor was a dream so patient and endearing. Definitely will be coming back!

It was super easy booking a last minute appointment (literally booked the morning of my appointment), only waited for a few minutes before I was seen but was greeted promptly. The doctor was nice, not as friendly and warm as the rest of the staff but she did kindly warn me to ensure I’m extra careful to keep my lash extensions cleaned. The sales associate who helped me pick frames was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Once I left however, I was told by a friend who wears glasses that I spent way too much money so I called and canceled my order and purchased online for a fraction of the cost I

Avoid this place at any cost for vision exams and don't give them medical insurance card at any cost. They have messed up my billing two times.
1. In 2020, I went for exam and they mentioned dilation is not required if i go for "Optos" exam which is $30 cost but they also suggested that it can be billed to insurance. Through insurance, cost for optos came out to be whopping $80. I was ready to pay them $30 but now they want larger pie of $80.
2. In 2021, I went for eye exam again and this time I paid upfront $35 for optos exam but they messed up even bigger. They did not check that my vision

I became a customer at Mandarin Pearle Vision 2014 after moving to this neighborhood. I’ve noticed I’m paying higher prices for glasses yet still kept going back to support local business. This week my temple cracked in half from my Vogue 5276 frames purchased 12/22/2020.
I’m extremely disappointed that because I didn’t buy insurance on my… glasses at time of purchase nothing can be done.
Vogue 5276 price was listed as $179 at time of purchase. Not having eye insurance my price was $125 for these frame. Today I was offered replacement temples that are different from

I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision in Iselin, NJ. Jen P. helped me when I thought I had seen all of the styles of frames they had to offer. I told her the shape that I usually gravitate to and and she found a pair within 3 minutes that looked perfect! By far the best doctors office I’ve ever been to! Literally everyone there is super friendly & professional and I have never once had any issues. I would pay double the cost for their services and products because they are WELL WORTH IT! I literally drive from Orlando to be seen there. That says a lot! Don't be a minute late...literally NOT ONE MINUTE or they will make you reschedule! They have lost my business after 30 years. I drove 20 mins my older daughter was being seen by the doctor and my younger daughter held us up because she was in the bathroom and we were 1 minute late for our appointment and they would not see her! But the doctor was not even finished with my first daughter's exam! That's ok because we went to Target optical without an appointment was in and out in an hour and paid A LOT LESS!!!
